Simon Cowell always wears an inflatable shell suit when he travels, according to Sinitta.
The Britain's Got Talent judge, 60, reportedly shields himself from germs when boarding an aircraft - even before the coronavirus pandemic hit the world.
Sinitta says it's why she was prepared for lockdown because she splurged cash on inflatable suits for herself and her friend before flying.
The star also notes she had wet wipes to clean their seats on planes.
She told Daily Star : "Simon is a germaphobe. We take our packet of wet wipes and we wipe down the plane when we fly.
"We wear pyjamas. And I got us our own flying suits, which are inflatable. They are actual outfits that we wear on the plane, which are like shellsuits.
"They cover your hands and have inbuilt pillows and masks for your eyes, so you don’t have to touch or come into contact with anything."
"We still wipe everything down before we sit down in our travel suits. It is quite funny but we don’t care how crazy we look as Simon and I are silly anyway. We just want to protect ourselves."
It comes as the singer suggested her on-off relationship with Simon was “never really over” until he had son Eric with girlfriend Lauren Silverman.
Sinitta and Simon were officially a couple in the 80s and 90s.
But she has hinted at other times they were closer than just pals, before Lauren had Eric in 2014.
Sinitta told New Magazine: “There was always an element of ‘well, it’s never really over.’
“But when Eric was born that was it. I would never come between his family."
"[Lauren] and I were best friends. I’m really happy for them, but it was hard and caused a fallout.
“I adore Eric and he wouldn’t be here if it wasn’t for them.”
