The EA FC 24 Path to Glory: The Knockouts squad is now live in Ultimate Team packs, with fan-favourite player Cristiano Ronaldo the star inclusion.
The Greats of the Game Team 2 squad has been available in EA FC 24 Ultimate Team packs for the last week after the promo returned, with the likes of Ronaldinho, Ronaldo, and Zinedine Zidane all featuring in what was an incredible squad. But now, the squad has been replaced by another returning promo, with a second Path to Glory squad now live in-game.
EA FC 24 Path to Glory: The Knockouts is a live promo featuring players from Euro 2024 and Copa America 2024 knockout stages, with each player able to earn upgrades based on how far their nation progresses. The EA FC 24 Path to Glory: The Knockouts squad is now available in Ultimate Team packs and will be available until Friday, July 12 at 6pm BST/ 1pm EDT / 10am PDT, when EA Sports should release a new Euro and Copa America-themed promo.

23 players have been released as part of the EA FC 24 Path to Glory: The Knockouts squad, with 13 of them from the Euros, and 10 from Copa America. Cristiano Ronaldo and Kai Havertz both headline the squad at 97-rated, while Antoine Griezmann, John Stones, Douglas Luiz, and Giovanni Lo Celso are some other standouts.

With Argentina and Ecuador playing their Copa America quarter-final game before the promo's release, Argentina's Lo Celso and Nicolas Gonzalez are both due a +1 upgrade, while Ecuador's Kevin Rodriguez cannot earn any upgrades after his side was eliminated. There are four upgrades up for grabs for the Path to Glory items. These are the upgrade requirements:
- Win three games: +1 PlayStyle Plus (+1 upgrade for goalkeepers)
- Win Quarter-Final: +1 upgrade
- Win Semi-Final: +1 upgrade OR five-star skill moves and five-star weak foot
- Win Final: +1 upgrade
The Path to Glory: The Knockouts leaks ahead of the official release confirmed some other players that are set to be released including Liverpool's Diogo Jota, so we expect more players to be released over the next week as SBCs or Objectives.
