McDonald’s has confirmed that its Nacho Cheese Wedges are making a comeback from today, October 26.

It comes as the fast-food chain reshuffled its UK menu, which saw a few new additions as well as other items being taken away last week.

The fan favourite wedges are filled with a gooey nacho cheese and spicy jalapeno slices, and covered in crispy coating.

They will come served with McDonald’s popular sour cream and chive dip.

A smaller portion of five wedges will cost £2.29, while a larger sharebox portion comes in at £5.99.

Food fans have taken to TikTok to share their excitement for the item's return, which is happening for the first time since last year.

Several videos have surfaced online to alert users that the popular wedges are making a comeback.

In one video, a McDonald’s employee shared all the new additions to the menu, which were released last week.

Customers learned that the wedges had to be delayed for a week, leaving some of them disappointed.

One excited McDonald’s fan commented: "They are FAR TOO GOOD to be a limited time thing. Do the right thing. You know you should!"

Another said: "I want my nacho cheese bites!!!!"

A third commented: "NACHO CHEESE WEDGE SUPREMACYYYYY I wish they’d put these on the menu permanently."

Further changes included brand new mini potato waffles, added to the breakfast menu last Wednesday.

The BBQ Bacon Stack also made a comeback after being axed from the menu in July last year.

McDonald's removed their popular Big Tasty burger to make space for its return.

All Chicken Legends were also axed from the menu.

The only new addition that will be available after the six weeks is up will be the McCrispy as McDonald’s has announced that it will be a permanent menu item.

For dessert lovers, a brand new Twirl McFlurry has also come to the menu.

But you’ll have to be quick, as all the new items - apart from one burger - are only available for six weeks.
