The pilot of the vintage plane that crashed at the Shoreham Airshow, killing 11 people, is on his feet and 'looking healthy'.
Andrew Hill was released from hospital three weeks ago following the disaster.
He was pictured today walking and with no obvious signs of injury.
An onlooker said: "“The pilot looked outwardly physically healthy with no obvious major injuries which, considering what he has been through, is a minor miracle."
But Sussex Police say Mr Hill has still not been spoken to by officers about the crash.
Detective Chief Inspector Paul Rymarz, from Sussex Police, said: "The interview of the pilot forms an integral part of the police investigation, but at this time his fitness for interview has not been confirmed."
"Additionally, we are still in an evidence-gathering stage, with appropriate expert assistance, as we need to fully understand every element of what is a very complex subject in order to gain maximum benefit from that interview.
"The families of the victims have been updated as to the reasons why the pilot has not yet been interviewed."
The Hawker Hunter crashed during a loop-the-loop.
An interim AAIB report found “no abnormal indications” during the flight.
Mr Hill was in a critical condition after the crash on August 22, which killed 11.
