A 'drunk' passenger kicked up a storm on a Jet2 flight, hollering "where are you taking me? " as they were dragged off the plane.

The Jet2 service LS781 had to make an unscheduled landing in Cologne on Tuesday night, October 8, due to the disruptive antics of two 'rowdy' passengers causing chaos mid-flight.

In a video of the incident, four German police officers could be seen storming the aircraft to eject the raucous pair, with one woman loudly asserting her innocence, exclaiming: "I don't know what to do, this is not fair. I've not done anything wrong, where are you taking me."

As she was led away by the cops, the woman's apologies rang through the cabin after she bumped into another flyer, saying: "Sorry, I'm sorry.", reports the Daily Star. In a sudden outburst towards the shocked onlookers, she blurted out a brazen "F*** you all man."

A fellow traveller added: "The two of them were drunk and warned before we even took off. One spat in the other's face and they had a little scrap." To add to the drama, the air stewards had already sternly cautioned that any diversions could slap an extra £20,000 on the journey's cost.

Jet2.com has confirmed the removal of two passengers due to their "disruptive behaviour", which also threw a spanner in the works for the return flight from Dalaman to Edinburgh, resulting in unplanned hotel stays and complimentary meals for the affected flyers.

An airline spokesperson said: "We can confirm that flight LS781 from Edinburgh to Dalaman diverted to Cologne yesterday (Tuesday, October 8) due to disruptive passenger behaviour."

They added: "The flight departed for Dalaman after two passengers were offloaded by police, however the subsequent Dalaman to Edinburgh flight had to night stop in Dalaman. We have arranged for hotel accommodation and refreshments for everyone and will have them on their way home as soon as possible."
