EastEnders has revealed an epic teaser for Sean Slater’s first scene back in the Square with sister Stacey Fowler and mum Jean Slater.
It was confirmed earlier this year that Sean, played by actor Rob Kazinsky, would be back on the Square as part of a new storyline.
Jean was recently diagnosed with cancer, and next week she tries desperately to contact him, unaware daughter Stacey already has.
Now, amid Stacey trying to make her mum see Sean isn’t coming back, she’s set to be left stunned when he shows up.
The first scene of the trio back together has been revealed in a hilarious teaser, and the scenes look epic.
In the clip on the EastEnders Twitter page, Sean is back in Walford, while sister Stacey is heard telling her mum he’s not coming.
While in The Queen Vic, Stacey tells Jean: “He’s not just gonna walk in the pub and go, ‘Oh hello mum’.”
In that moment, as Stacey continues looking at her mum, the doors suddenly swing open with Sean strolling in.
The clip ends before any reaction is shown, with Stacey yet to turn around and see her sibling.
Fans raced to Twitter over the scenes, loving the “iconic” entrance marking Sean’s long-awaited return.
One fan said: “Now that is an iconic way to come back. I can not wait.”
Another tweeted: “Now I really can’t wait. Looks of it you do not want to mess with Sean Slater very happy he’s back.”
A third agreed: “He’s not just gonna walk through the door n say ‘hello mum’, Sean ‘hello mum’ lol, nice timing.”
