A brand new EastEnders trailer has given us a greater glimpse at Sean Slater's explosive return.
Fans have already seen a tease of his first scene in the Queen Vic, but exciting new clips shown at the end of Friday night's episode have shown the dramatic fallout.
With Sean not replying to her messages, Stacey says: "He's not just going to walk in the pub and go 'oh hello mum'."
She has to eat her words when Sean, played by Robert Kazinsky, comes through the doors just seconds later and says: "Hello mum."
Jean is on the brink of tears as she shares a hug with her son for the first time in a decade.
The reunion doesn't got completely smoothly as Sean gets a slap in the face from his sister, who asks: "Why are you even here?"
Sean replies: "To make amends."
But in the very next clip he is seen punching former love rival Jack Branning in the face.
The pair were embroiled in a furious row after Sean was to believe that Jack and Roxy Mitchell's daughter, Amy, was his own.
Jack and Sean have a brutal bust-up at the graveyard, which ends with the Slater lad covered in mud on the floor.
Sat beside Roxy's grave, her bloody nosed ex-husband reaches out to touch her name etched in the stone.
In a voiceover, Stacey says: "Everywhere you go you hurt people."
In the next scene, Sean is having a heart-to-heart with mum Jean as they go on a country walk.
Jean says: "Never takes you whee you think, does it? Life."
Sean and Stacey seem to put their differences aside as they share a hug at the hospital.
"Everywhere you go you cause trouble," says Stacey. "What do you actually want Sean?
In the final moments of the trailer, Sean looks at a photo of himself and Roxy on their wedding day.
"I'm so sorry," he tells Jean, who looks to be in a bad way.
Could Jean be on her deathbed?
The dramatic trailer ends with Sean saying: "Forgive me."
EastEnders viewers cannot wait for Sean to return to Albert Square.
One fan said: "Can't wait to see @RobertKazinsky back in the Square....Sean Slater is coming back! "
"I am so excited. Literally the moment we have all been waiting for," added another.
A third predicted: "So excited for his return! Just hope Jean doesn't die, would be devastating."
