Lorraine Kelly left her co-star blushing after she made a shocking sex confession on her show.
The 64-year-old host, had been chatting to Dr Amir Khan about low libido, when the Scottish host wanted to understand when it becomes a health issue and not just being bothered with a bit of a "slap and tickle". The TV medical expert went on to explain a number of factors.
Dr Amir told Lorraine that "depression and anxiety" could be elements that would lead to someones sex drive being stemmed. For people suffering and wanting to improve their experiences in the bedroom, the doctor had some words of advise for viewers.
He rattled off a number of helpful hints, including "better health", "lubrication" and "make time". Lorraine's ears were pricked as she responded: "Thank you for that, especially lubrication I shall be taking that with me."
The iconic host added: "Amir, thank you, the only man in the world who could get away with that and vaginal dryness at this time in the morning," as the pair fell about the place laughing, with Dr Amir blushing at her admission and comments on the subject matter.
Meanwhile, on Monday's episode (July 8) Lorraine was hailed by another on-screen co-star for braving the freezing cold Scottish waters in a plunging bathing suit at the weekend. Lorraine had visited Orkney, Scotland, looking to unwind after a five-day week in the office.
Speaking to Dr Hilary Jones about her weekend getaway, the television presenter explained that the trip had been "refreshing" and just the pick-me up that she needed. Hitting the beach, with a camera at the ready, Lorraine stunned in a striking low-cut swimming costume.
She could be seen racing off for a swim in the sea as the footage was aired on her ITV programme. Dr Hilary was full of praise and applauded her bravery.
Reflecting on her daring plunge, she told the resident TV doctor: "See we had to run a long, long way but we actually did go in." She admitted that it was "bracing", but described the experience as "absolutely fantastic".
Dr Hilary chimed had just six-words of praise for his co-star, he said: "You look very well on it," when speaking about her courage in the cold waters. Feeling recharged, Lorraine replied: "I feel very well on it, actually, it's just like a recharge of your batteries."
