Fans of Love Island were thrilled to discover they have just weeks to wait for the latest All Stars offering.

The second edition of the hit ITV reality series spin-off is set to grace our screens on January 13 at 9pm. The exciting update was revealed on the show's Instagram page this week with an image of an invitation addressed to 'dating royalty'. The note read: "Dear Islander, as dating royalty, you are cordially invited back to the villa as a Love Island All Star."

While there hasn't been any concrete confirmation of who will appear, there has been intense speculation on the potential returning islanders. One person who is ready to make their way back to the villa, though, is Maya Jama. Rumours had suggested she was set to leave the show, but ITV have firmly denied the claim and revealed they have no plans for a presenter change.

But who could she be re-introducing to villa life?

A firm favourite from season eight, Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu would be sure to bring the drama. According to MailOnline, Ekin-Su’s “deal is agreed in principle, there’s still some details to sort out”.

She was a huge hit when she bagged the £50,000 cash prize with Davide Sanclimenti in 2022. However, their fiery relationship wasn't meant to be and it's thought the Turkish stunner is ready for another bite of the cherry.

Paige Thorne - Season 8

Another season eight success story was Welsh beauty Paige Thorne. And it seems as though she's willing to give the villa another go after being mixed up in failed flings with Jacques O'Neill and Adam Collard. The latter is currently expecting his first child with presenter Laura Woods after he called quits on his player tag.

Paige was reportedly ready to take part in the initial All Stars series, but didn't make the cut. However, producers are said to be keen to have her back on the show and are said to be "confident she will deliver" drama.

Lucinda Strafford - Season 7

First stepping into the villa in 2021, Lucinda Strafford is said to be actively back on the market after her recent split from DJ Nathan Dawe. She teased a return to the Love Island way of life in a recent chat.

Speaking to The Sun, she said: "I'm definitely open to TV. I keep seeing rumours of me going on [All Stars] but at the moment, I don’t know. I’m not thinking too deeply into it. I’m single."

Olivia Hawkins - Season 9

The Sun has revealed bosses are extremely keen on getting Olivia Hawkins back on the show. The season nine star was like marmite on the show, with some loving her actions and others blasting her.

However, a source called her the "breakout star" from her series and claimed bosses a clamouring to get her back.

Tyrique Hyde - Season 10

It appeared as though Tyrique Hyde might have found his happy ever after with Ella Thomas in 2023. However, the pair failed to build on their connection outside of the villa. Despite rumours of a reconciliation between the former couple, it's thought Tyrique is in talks to make an All Stars appearance in his quest for a new romantic spark.

Scott Thomas - Season 2

Eight years on from his first stint, rumours suggest Scott Thomas could be on the look for love on the reality series one again. A source told the Sun Scott is "way more mature" these days and views a potential appearance as a great way to promote his podcast and company - oh, and find love...
