BBC's Sport Relief presenter Paddy McGuinness read out a touching tribute to Caroline Flack during the show on Friday.
He honoured Caroline, who took her own life last month aged 40, and explained she had been a part of the show in the past.
Caroline presented Comic Relief Does Fame Academy in 2007, in the earlier stages of her career.
Speaking in front of a beautiful photo of Caroline in a field, Paddy said: "Can I just say one extra thing here.
"Recently, we lost a much-loved member of the Sport Relief family.
"Caroline Flack was always a huge and very active supporter of everything this charity does.
"She gave so much of her time and talent to help others, and she'll be greatly missed by us all.
"We send all our love to her family."
The camera then cut to his fellow presenter Gary Lineker, who added: "I'd like to echo those sentiments as well."
Caroline's funeral took place earlier this week, and her good friend Laura Whitmore pledged to see her "on the other side".
Laura shared with the world Caroline's private funeral was "beautiful" when she paid tribute to her close celeb friend on Instagram .
The Irish presenter vowed she would see her late pal in the next life and they would enjoy pina coladas together.
Alongside the shining words, Laura posted a picture of the pals from one of her happy memories.
In the snap, a laughing Caroline could be seen gazing at Laura with her arm around her as they posed for the camera.
She wrote: "Beautiful send off yesterday for a life that ended too soon.
"See you on the otherside Flack, have the pina coladas waiting. x" (sic)
Laura's boyfriend Iain Stirling said the funeral was packed with "stories and singing songs" as they bid a tearful goodbye.
Also in attendance at the funeral were Caroline's boyfriend Lewis Burton as well as her closest BFFs Mollie Grosberg and Lou Teasdale.
The comedian said tears were shed at the small service which was full of love for the late star.
Heartbroken Iain talked of sharing stories and singing songs as a loving tribute to Caroline.
He wrote: "Yesterday we said goodbye to Caroline. It was a small services filled with her friends and family. The day was spent sharing stories, singing songs and of course some tears were shed."
