Trustees of Terrence and Rose Collins, founders of Papa Murphy’s Take N’ Bake Pizza, have listed the family’s wine country estate in Petaluma for $12.5 million.
The Mediterranean-style home includes a four-bedroom main residence and a one-bedroom casita. The property evokes classic European charm with materials imported from France and Italy, including hand-painted frescoes and limestone floors from a French monastery. There is also a chef’s kitchen, sauna, wine cellar and theater room.
Nestled on 35 acres, the property includes abundant outdoor amenities including a large courtyard, bocce court, koi pond and an olive tree grove.
Nicole Marzo of Compass and Abe Matar of Avenue 8 hold the listing.
