Amy Childs has revealed that her TOWIE co-star Harry Derbidge took her wedding dress shopping the day after fiancé Billy Delbosq proposed to her.
The reality star opened up about the engagement on This Morning on Tuesday, ahead of her new ITVBe show Amy Childs: The Twin Life, revealing that Harry is getting involved in her impending nuptials.
When asked by host Alison Hammond whether Harry has been involved in the preparation, Amy said: "Harry's organised the wedding, hasn't he?
"Bill proposed to me on the Tuesday, on the Wednesday he rang me up, Harry, he said, 'Let's go wedding dress shopping.' So we did!
"I said, 'Bill can you have the twins for me for an hour?' I was in a big wedding dress, it was just great."
Amy is yet to find the perfect gown however, telling Dermot O'Leary and Alison: "No, I haven't got the dress yet. But no, it's all good isn't it?"
Amy, who has appeared on The Only Way Is Essex as a series regular from 2020, announced her engagement to businessman Billy back in April, shortly after the couple welcomed their twins Millie and Billy.
The couple met on Celebs Go Dating back in 2020 and announced in October last year that they were expecting twins.
The reality star this week opened up to OK! about her "traumatic" labour, having undergone an emergency C-section when her son suffered a prolapsed umbilical cord after Amy's waters broke.
"Billy had wires all around him,” the mum of four recalls. “It was so sad. We are giving him all the cuddles in the world. It wasn't plain sailing — it’s a bit of a blur! But they are here now and they are fine."
While Amy joined the cast of TOWIE in 2010, she left after a year before returning again in 2020 alongside her cousin Harry Derbridge, who is one of the few remaining original cast members.
Last month, Harry spoke about being a "very proud uncle" *in an Instagram post after visiting Amy and her newborn babies, with Amy commenting: "The best uncle...the twins love you so much xxx."
Amy Childs: The Twin Life premieres tonight (Tuesday 23rd May) at 9pm on ITVBe and ITVX, with episode one seeing Amy and Billy prepare for their babies' arrival.
