Katie Price has shown off her Christmas presents from boyfriend JJ Slater, despite spending the festive period apart, sparking rumours of a split. The glamour model spent Christmas Day with her eldest son Harvey and close friend Kerry Katona, while the Married at First Sight star was noticeably absent. However, Katie took to Instagram to share a bag full of gifts from JJ, proving that love is still in the air.

The mum-of-five also shared several snaps of herself and JJ enjoying treatments at an aesthetics and piercings salon in Cheshire, where she's been staying while performing in pantomime with Kerry. Kerry celebrated the festive season by posting a photo of her children - Molly, Heidi, Max, Lilly-Sue, DJ - along with Katie and Harvey, all dressed in matching red pyjamas.

Her caption read: "Merry Xmas from the Katona and price household," tagging @katieprice #merrychristmas and her children, alongside festive emojis. JJ also posted a Christmassy picture on his own Instagram page, featuring himself and his loved ones in matching PJs.

Despite fears that Katie and JJ have called it quits, representatives for Katie have confirmed to the Mirror that the mum-of-five is still very much in a relationship with the reality TV star, reports the Mirror.

Earlier this month, Katie opened up about making the first move with her beau JJ after she found out about his type 1 diabetes. She reached out to JJ, whose real name is John Joe, via Instagram following the public announcement of his condition.

Their initial interaction led to a low-key coffee date and, soon after, a budding romance. Katie recalled that JJ had previously tried to get in touch with her two years ago, but his attempt slipped through the cracks.

Speaking to Woman's Own, Katie shared that she wasn't on the lookout for a relationship when she stumbled upon JJ's story, but felt compelled to reach out due to his health situation.

She told him: "I'd read in the paper that he'd got diabetes. I thought, 'Wow, that's quite harsh,' as diabetes is a life-changing thing to have. I messaged and said, 'I hope you're okay with your diabetes'. And he said, 'Oh, I'm really embarrassed.' I went, 'Why?' It turns out he'd messaged me two years ago, but I never saw it. It must have been deleted, so it was obviously meant to be."
