Former Strictly professional dancer Ola Jordan has predicted which celebrities will be in the bottom two following tonight's Strictly Come Dancing extravaganza at the iconic Blackpool Tower. Ola, speaking to Mecca Bingo, says Wynne Evans will be in the dance off on Sunday night and has suggested who he may be facing. “I think Wynne and Montell [Douglas] will be in the bottom two this weekend, or Wynne and possibly Jamie [Borthwick],” she said.

“I don’t think Pete Wicks will be in the bottom two yet, but he’s got a tricky dance so he might not do that well. “I’m still thinking he’s going to get votes though so for me, Wynne and Montell or Wynne and Jamie will be in the bottom two this weekend.”

Meanwhile, JLS sensation JB Gill has been tipped as the second favourite to nab a perfect 40 in tonight's show, and a possible champion in the series overall. TV guru James Leyfield from Gambling.com hints that, hot on Tasha Ghouri's heels, 37 year old JB might dazzle the judges after previously finding himself in the bottom two. Meanwhile, Sarah Hadland of Miranda fame follows with 2/1 odds, while athlete Montell Douglas and EastEnders' Jamie Borthwick aren't far behind, both sitting on 4/1 odds.

When the glitterball first started spinning this season, JB, who charmed Simon Cowell way back in 2008 on The X Factor, was pegged as a frontrunner. However, the star-studded skies dimmed when he landed in the dreaded bottom two with partner Amy Dowden. Following that twist, fans flooded social media in disbelief. Shocked tweets poured in, like one fan posting: "JB and AMY?!?! In the bottom two? What's going on?" Another echo came with: "JB AND AMY! WHAT? Wow, shocked at that. I thought he was great last night." And another shared their surprise: "Nikita's reaction was so me, what do you mean Amy and JB are in the dance off?!", reports the Mirror.

JB Gill is a potential Strictly champion

JB, who was teamed with pro dancer Lauren Oakley after Amy had to quit the BBC show due to injury, shared his disappointment over Amy missing the Blackpool performances. On Lorraine, while chatting with Christine Lampard, Amy expressed her own heartache: "It's the goal, everybody wants to make it to Blackpool and there's something so special about being there. I remember walking in when I was eight years old and just being like, wow. That's when I turned to my mum and said, 'Mam, I want to be a professional dancer'."

She reminisced on her past glories in Blackpool: "I was lucky enough to be crowned British champion there in 2016 and then I danced with Karim (Zeroual, her 2019 partner) there, we got nearly a perfect score - 39 out of 40. I'm just so gutted I won't be dancing there this weekend."

Nevertheless, she remained optimistic about JB's chances: "It's definitely not the way I wanted it, but I'm so proud of JB, Lauren's doing a great job and obviously I planned the series to have his best numbers towards the end to get him to the final because he's so talented. I've seen the Quickstep and everybody's in for a treat and there's more tens coming."
