MANILA, Philippines– Free-flowing food throughout the workday, an indoor gym, and life coach on request. These are some of the perks if you work for graphic design company Canva.

Eating together is a huge part of the company’s culture. Founders Melanie Perkins, Cliff Obrecht, and Cameron Adams even made pizza for employees during the early years of the Australian unicorn.

Even as employees opt to work from home more often, the company has not taken away the food perks and other benefits. In fact, they’re even changing up the looks of some of the rooms to motivate employees to become more productive.
