ABSTRACT: The effect of clinical practice directly affects the clinical ability and professional quality of graduates, lack of interest in practice, lack of doctor-patientcommunication skills and conflict with other clinical training doctors arecommon problems in current practice. This article through to the clinical medical undergraduate interns in practice there is lack of interest, in the process of doctor-patient communication skills and conflict with other clinical trainingfor doctors and other issues were discussed, and through the reform ofteaching methods, strengthen the teaching supervision and organize training of doctor-patient communication, in order to improve the clinical interns learningautonomy, strengthen the doctor-patient communication skills, to furtherimprove the quality of medical personnel training to provide help.
