Apartments in Brussels

We stayed in a studio apartment for 4 nights, the room had everything we needed. Bed was a pull out bed, comfortable, we asked for extra pillows and they were in the room waiting, bathroom and toilet are separate but still private, small Juliet balcony, handy for letting in fresh air, noisy outside but to be expected due to location, once the door was closed there was no issue. Metro right outside, super market across the road, 5 min walk to main square. Customer service was brilliant, very friendly, very helpful, nothing was too much trouble, even when they were busy. About a 15 min walk from Centrum train station. There are a few homeless people near the location but never caused and issue for us other than pity, really could not fault the place and special thanks to the guy who was on Friday the 27th of august , didn’t get his name but he was super helpful!!

Nice area to stay in, lots of supermarkets and easy to access main attraction such as the Grand Place. The bed was comfortable enough and the room was an ok Size. It was a little warm and we did miss the option of A/C, the fan provided really just circulated the warm air and as we were on the front opening the window meant it was noisy so didn't sleep the best, however we didn't let this spoil our trip!. The only other small point is maybe some clear signage of the bin system would have been useful. The room wasn't serviced during our stay but this wasn't an issue for us. If i found a deal for the same price, i would stay here again and just bring my ice pack to keep me cool at night!

This hotel is a mechanism to put the password number sent in advance because the front desk is unmanned. However, because the advance mail was not sent, it was stuck at the entrance for about an hour. I was able to open it to the guest who came out of the room and entered safely. When I was asked to pay the tax on the next day, I told him that I heard the password number, but I couldn't tell him, and I was told to mail later, but the mail did not come during my stay. The next day, another employee was asked to prepare another key because he was asked to process tax, but he was very inconvenient during his stay because he couldn't get it. In addition, the temperature management is fixed and it is done in the office, so it cannot be adjusted even if it is cold. Cleaning is once a day 5, so you have to use towels every day. And toilet paper is insufficient. Coffee and tea are only prepared for one day. The service is bad, the request here is completely ignored, and only the tax collection is charged many times. There is no good point except location.

The rooms are spacious and perfectly fitted. The staff is am very welcome, laughing, listening ... This is a very happy thing! Just next to the metro and the magnificent 50-year-old park just 10 minutes walk, without counting the very beautiful square just in front of the hotel A very good address I recommend without hesitation !

Booked the family apartment for myself, my husband and 3 year old son. We were amazed by the size of it and the bed is huge! We were provided with rituals shower gel and hand wash which smelt amazing. The check was not as smooth as the code was incorrect but with a quick call the lady on the phone helped us quickly. The apartment was nice and clean and in great condition, even has 2 TVs with English channels. The downside to this apartment is the fact there is no interior lock on the door. My son being only 3 has opened the door and ran down the corridor, which is really unsafe and could end up outside. I would just ask the owners to put an interior lock on the door so this doesn’t happen as it it worrying when we sleep, especially as our child has different needs to most 3 year olds. We were given some toilet rolls etc. We asked the cleaners if we could have some more and they said we had to go to reception (which is pretty far away as seen as this is a self check in apartment block). Maybe this is down to us but it would have been nice if we could get toilet roll/new towels. Overall the apartment was lovely and we would love to stay again, just some minor changes would help 😀

Originally, when booking, only expected ordinary hotel room, after registering, see the room floor given is the basement (-1/F), and my heart is more sudden. But the official check-in was a surprise! It was originally given a suite with a terrace, living room, open kitchen, and basic appliances and utensils such as refrigerators, cooking induction cookers. It was a pleasant surprise to give us a small mouth in the journey. However, there is a door in the suite, which is believed to be led to other suites; although the door is locked and the hotel side claims that only the hotel staff has the key, it always feels a little confused. And the room is not equipped with air conditioning, only a fan with extremely high output power is provided. Although the weather was refreshing enough at the time, it was always a fly in the ointment.

Stayed here for a long weekend. Comfortable bed, good-size room. Some of the rooms face the back which is better - a garden view and peaceful. However, the room was let down by poor maintenance. The kitchenette was odd: on the one hand, well equipped with kettle, 2-ring hob, microwave and dishwasher, but on the other almost nothing to use! One frying pan, no saucepans. Mismatched crockery and glassware, not much of it, and some chipped. No chopping board, grater or anything else useful. The roller door over the kitchenette was broken and jammed at head height, so the cupboard doors couldn't open more than about 45 degrees. Worst of all, nothing to make coffee in! The carpet was badly stained in several places but overall the room was adequately clean. The door handle fell off as soon as we walked in, and several lights didn't work. Despite all that, the location (edge of pleasant residential area and with good transport links) and the comfortable bed makes this a 3-star review.

Stayed at this hotel for the second time and the service was very good. There are no vacancies due to early arrival at the hotel. The hotel adjusted in time and arranged to move in without letting me wait too long. There is also a waiter who can speak Chinese, which is very convenient. Not far from the city center and convenient transportation. The breakfast is also good. The room facilities are complete, as well as intimate gifts and greeting cards. Stay here next time.
