I am very happy to come to this resort that I love very much on the first day of the opening of Yabuli Club Med at the beginning of the snow season and experience a wonderful vacation again. The place is cosy and clean. The owners and lady at the front desk is very friendly and helpful. The snow is starting to melt but luckily we still get to see some and there is a little playground outside. Unfortunately the cook has left when we arrive at the homestay but still breakfast is provided by the friendly aunties there. To find food and groceries we need to walk abit to the nearest restaurant and mini marts. Due to the low season, alot of the homestay around the area the closed, even the restaurants are also not all opened. It's also very hard to get a ride by using Didi. End up we still have to get the auntie to help call for taxi, which will cost 2 times more

We recently stayed at Yabu Loni Hotel Yabuli February2024 We appreciated the cleanliness throughout the property. The presence of a humidifier in the room was a great addition, especially because it helped combat the dryness inside. It contributed to a more comfortable atmosphere. The room temperature tended to be on the warmer side, requiring us to open the window slightly for cooler air. However, leaving it open overnight could potentially lead to catching a cold, so caution is advised. There were no issues with the hot water supply for showering, ensuring a comfortable bathing experience. The bed linens were clean and fresh, and the pillows provided a comfortable sleeping experience. Convenient Ski Access: The hotel's proximity to the ski slopes made it incredibly convenient for skiing enthusiasts. The ski area was just outside, allowing easy access to the slopes. Hassle-Free Ski Experience: The hotel provided all the necessary ski gear, which was already prepared in the lockers. This hassle-free arrangement allowed us to travel light and enjoy a seamless ski getaway. Alternative Dining Options: For those who may not prefer Chinese cuisine, there is a nearby KFC that offers a view of the slopes. It's a nice option to have for a change of taste. Breakfast Buffet: The hotel included a breakfast buffet, which offered a good variety of food options. Though not extensive, it was sufficient and enjoyable. One area that could use improvement is the hotel's restaurant. It appeared a bit outdated and could benefit from some updates. The staff at Yabu Loni Hotel Yabuli were truly amazing. MS WAN XINTONG and her team went above and beyond to assist us throughout our stay. Despite our limited Mandarin language skills, they made every effort to address our concerns and ensure our needs were met. Ms. Wan Xintong even took the initiative to arrange activities and airport transfers for us, ensuring our safe and timely arrival at the high-speed bullet train station. Staff Mr. Xia Xiangxing from the ski department was truly amazing and extremely helpful throughout our ski session. Mr. Xia Xiangxing went above and beyond to ensure that our ski experience was enjoyable and well-organized. He took the initiative to arrange a ski instructor for both me and my friend, which greatly enhanced our skiing skills and overall experience on the slopes. His assistance guided us through the process of selecting the appropriate equipment and ensuring that everything was well-prepared for our skiing sessions. His attention to detail and willingness to assist made us feel supported and taken care of. Thanks to Mr. Xia Xiangxing's assistance, we were able to make the most of our time on the slopes and enjoy a memorable skiing experience. I would like to express my gratitude to Mr. Xia Xiangxing and acknowledge him for his exceptional service in the ski department. His efforts made a significant positive impact on our ski getaway. Thanks to the exceptional staff, our trip was made hassle-free and enjoyable. Their assistance and dedication added immense value to our stay. While the hotel's price was slightly higher, the convenience of ski access and the exceptional staff made it worthwhile. In conclusion, Yabu Loni Hotel Yabuli provided a clean environment, convenient ski access, and outstanding staff service. Although the price was a bit high, the overall experience made it a valuable choice. I would definitely consider staying here again and recommend it to others.

Forest Holiday Resort Hotel is in Qingyun Town and near many activities such as skiing, horse drawn sleighs and hot springs. The staff was also available to help with suggestions, tickets, and bookings during our stay which was a huge help considering that we don't speak much Chinese. While the room was also comfortable and clean, the main negatives were the central heating being too high in evenings and rooms not being cleaned during our stay. However, these were minor issues in a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

Let’s talk about the facilities first. The facilities are old but complete. There are good indoor and outdoor hot springs, which is great. 👍 Hygiene: There is a strong smell of urine when passing the indoor hot spring bathroom. There was also a mouse in the room at 1 a.m. on the day of check-in. The mice here are not afraid of people. When they saw me, they swaggered around looking for food. It took more than half an hour to finally change rooms. It was a very uncomfortable night. Environment: The environment is okay, it doesn't feel depressing, and the place is very comfortable. Service: I have been in Heilongjiang for 8 days. The best staff service is the staff of Yabuli Forest Hot Spring Hotel. Every employee feels that they have been trained and are attentive and attentive to the guests, especially Liu Jiumei at the bar on the second floor and Zhu Yanjuan in the hot spring area. This stay experience is indeed different. The housekeeper started to contact me as soon as I booked, and set up a service group to help us arrange the surrounding scenic spots. There are many details of the homestay that are worth promoting. Towels and bath towels are all equipped with disposable ones, and there are toilet covers. This solves many problems for people like me who have obsessive-compulsive disorder. In addition, you can get a few very low scenic spot tickets here, which are free pick-up and drop-off. The tall and beautiful housekeeper Gong Yan is gentle and considerate, and everything is arranged properly. The design of this homestay is unexpected in many places. The house number is the red floor removed from the old Soviet house, and the room names are named after the traditional culture of the Three Character Classic. There are also paintings made of Hermes scarves hanging all over the stairwell. I counted nearly 30 pairs. The housekeeper said that they are all collection-level and cost hundreds of thousands. It seems that the owner of the homestay not only uses his heart but also money. I knew that I couldn’t see the snow in the north on this trip, so I came here to see the pandas ”Scarlett” and ”Youyou” who are said to have the highest appearance. Our idea was realized, and it was really beautiful! The housekeeper said that their Phase 3 of Choosing She will be opened soon. It is said to be well designed and consists of a single-family wooden house and four suites. We agreed to come back to experience it during the snow season. Apartment-style hotel, the room is big and warm. As a southerner, I felt the hospitality of the people in the Northeast. The check-in aunties led me to the room. I was not cold even in short sleeves in the room. There are restaurants downstairs, so it is very convenient to eat. The hotel also provides a car to take me to skiing. I will stay here again next time!

Enjoyed this stay a lot! Place is in 20 min taxi drive from train station. Rooms are simple, but good price and very nice people. Laoban was driving me to skiing place(10min) every morning and picking up in the afternoon, you can book from them ski pass and get helmet with shades. I traveled alone, had my nice and quiet time. Would recommend this place to people.
