We stayed at this hotel for a night before our flight. The hotel room is clean and spacious. The staff (number 9) are helpful and made us feel comfortable. Flower cakes were given as a welcome gift. The hotel also offers complimentary airport transfer service. For the price I paid for, I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Good location; walking distance to Nanping Pedestrian Street, Old Street Kunming, Tongfeng Square Metro station, and bus stops right in front of the hotel. Delicious breakfast with a good selection of eastern and western dishes. Excellent room, with easy to control temperature, clean, comfortable bedding, white and fluffy towels, more than sufficient PowerPoints, and Usb points. Self-service laundry room with a washing machine and a dryer. Best of all, a friendly and helpful customer service team There is a renovation work undergoine nearby the area. The hotel lobby is on the 6th floor and maybe difficult to find. We recommend this hotel to stay in Kunming.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Kunming. It's conveniently located, within walking distance to the charming Kunming Old Street and just a stone's throw away from numerous shopping malls and vibrant walking streets. The room was comfortable and thoughtfully equipped, with a lovely bath tub – a nice touch for relaxation after a day of exploring. The hotel staff were exceptional, allowing me to check in early and even offering a free upgrade to a better room. The hotel is new, well-maintained, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Babymoon Hotel is veryyyyyyy good ! Everything is super perfect. Nearby restaurant and shopping center. Good for couples, family and children. More than perfect. I really like and feel satisfied. During my recent travels, I had the pleasure of staying at the Shangri-La, and it was truly an impressive experience. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was impeccable. The staff were warm, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure every need was met. The room was luxurious, with comfortable furnishings, and breathtaking views. It was spotless, with attention to detail evident in every corner and all pets in home stay and really cute. The bed was incredibly cozy, and the amenities provided were top-notch, from high-quality toiletries to thoughtful extras like a personalized welcome note. The hotel facilities were equally impressive. Free dressing and photographer also well prepare and professional taking care us. Overall, Lisiman Xinsu Yusiye hotel exceeded my expectations. Its blend of luxury, comfort, and exceptional service makes it a perfect choice for travelers seeking an unforgettable stay. I would highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning.

Room was clean and tidy. Not too big, but still comfortable to stay in. There are 2 sides to the room, 1 bed nearer to the first part of the room near the lobby door (Aircon ventilation does not blow towards this direction) and 2 beds nearer to the bathroom side of the room. The room's windows were later discovered to be strangely left ajar when we started detecting stench of cigarette smoke coming in from these windows. Potential guests,do take note to check for any ajar windows when you check into the room and close them promptly if you cannot withstand cig smoke like us. The stench stayed around at the side of the room with no aircon vent. Hotel staff, pls also do remember to close the windows after servicing / cleaning the rooms.

Hotel very new, big & clean. All the staff there were helpful & friendly. They even remind us to take care ourselves as the weather is quite cold on morning & night. Facilities are new and convenient. Hotel nearby got restaurant,coffee & 7-eleven. 酒店很新和干净，空间很大。柜台和打扫的职员都很亲切友善。第一天到达时，柜台职员还帮我们打电话解决包裹问题, 碰上的职员都会提醒我们早晚温差很大，要多注意保暖。我们退房时，职员Kit高效处理，还附送了几包鲜花饼伴手礼。房间设施都非常新，吹风机是Dyson牌子，马桶是智能型的。

We loved it. The room was beautifully designed and well equipped, very quiet and equipped with all kinds of amenities you could wish for. The staff was also lovely and friendly. There is a (DIY) laundry available in-house whhixh we used and much appreciated. The location is great thanks to the fact that there is the railway station as well as metro and restaurant and cafés nearby. The ‚17coffee‘ was amazing (: Note: The name of hotel is different from what it is called on Trip.com but the address is correct. The name is Wonder Land. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much. Highly recommended.

Exceptional Stay at Kunming Changshui International Airport Shop Hotel - Perfect for Families I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Kunming Changshui International Airport Shop Hotel, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. I had a 2 nights 1 day stay in the hostel. The boss and the staffs are very friendly and nice. He has shared with us the tips to travel in Lijiang and the popular food nearby the hostel. The 5th floor of the hostel is a cafe and a beautiful garden which is well decorated. You will get to see the Jade Dragon Snow Mountain on the 5th floor. The room that we chose is spacious and clean, the price is reasonable as well. We get to see the Jade Dragon Snow Mountain from our room. Overall, we are very satisfied with our stay here and we highly recommend this hostel to those who wish to visit Lijiang.

Travelled with my family and the hotel was beautiful! The overall hotel environment is tranquil and quiet, away from the bustle of the main ancient town yet still conveniently located to get around. Breakfast restaurant had a great view of the morning light shining on the mountain. Rooms despite showing slight signs of age were well maintained, stylish and comfortable. Stayed at 2 different rooms during my stay and the second had poor water pressure for the shower. However, upon feedback, the staff were able to quickly fix the problem which showed their professionalism and high service standards. Overall, a comfortable and great stay for families and would definitely consider it value for money given Hyatt’s 5* standards!

Love the location of hotel which is surrounded by many shops, big supermarket and eateries. In front of hotel is an underground mall and food street linking to ancient city and Big Waterwheel. Hotel lobby is spacious. Room is comfortable and breakfast is good too. Staff are helpful and especially good service by Ms Luo. We are happy with our 3 nights stay at Atour Dashuiche.

Hotel staff very professional and helpful. They definitely makes your day more pleasant! Room is clean and modern . Amenities and facilities are very good. I stayed 3 nights and we are very happy . There’s laundry facilities if you need , very near eel to Lijiang Oldtown and the fantastic scenic Black Dragon Park to catch your sunrise view. Truly a 5 diamonds jewel !!!

Absolutely lovely place, a beautiful courtyard and two balconies to sit on. It was winter when I was here, so too cold to sit out at night, but it was nice in the afternoon and would be amazing on a nice summer evening. The room was nice, clean and well maintained, and the staff were extremely friendly and hospitable. Always keen to chat, even in English, and very helpfully took my luggage up to the north gate on a trolley for when I was leaving to save carrying it over the cobbles. Nice breakfast from 7:30-9:30 - mixian (rice noodles in soup) and youtiao with hot douzhi (soy bean juice). Amazing location, about a minute from the north gate and a couple of minutes from the square with the big waterwheel. The bus from the airport terminates at the north gate, so very convenient, and there's a bus to the train station (104) from there too, although it only comes once an hour.

Very good service. The service of this hostel made my Lijiang trip full of surprises and joy. The service of Andy(hostel staff) provide me a very good service and made me very satisfied. Upon arrival at the hostel, Andy prepared a welcome tea for us and recommended the local food to us. During our stay, the hostel staff always help us to solving our problems. I will choose this hostel again, while I come to Lijiang again.

Right from the beginning they answered all my questions and we had breakfast included with airport pickup. They were always extending help and friendly. The only issue was the laundry which it’s not advisable if you have white clothes or clothes that can’t use dryer to dry. Staffs are kind helping to carry luggage and bringing hot milk to you every night. We got free fruits and snacks and even a cake and tea leaves before we left. Felt taken care of. The only thing was the wifi wasn’t good and there’s no full length mirror and fridge or hot water to drink. You can request to ask them to bring for u or keep in their fridge. Be careful of the free photography service offered. It’s not actually free and they took a lot of our time. Originally it was 3 hours but became 8 hours and we had to choose the picture on the spot. There is other places offering cheaper if price is not an issue you can consider it.

Staying at this homestay was the best decision I have made on this Lijiang trip. Location: Only about 5 minutes walk from the gate, which was very convenient. They also arranged a cart to carry our luggages upon our arrival and during our leave, which was very considerate. Service: The staffs took care of us very well. A special thanks to Ms. 婷婷 who was very attentive and assisted us throughout our whole stay. The afternoon tea by the stream was very relaxing. Amenities: The room was very spacious packed with modern amenities. There is also a cafe and you can sit with relaxation listening the live band. Overall, absolutely five out of five stars stay. We will definitely stay here again if we visit Lijiang.

I had a great stay at Lijiang Pu Zhi Designer Hotel HOLIDAY VILLA, located at the South Gate of The Old Town of Lijiang. It’s a convenient spot for exploring the old town, and the staff was attentive and very helpful with our luggage. The hotel offers a modern touch with whole house intelligent control, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. I particularly enjoyed the heartwarming breakfast and dessert they served. The hotel is also not far from the airport, adding to its convenience.

Amazing stay at this BnB for 2 nights. The host helped to arrange for pick up service before we arrived and also sent us to the railway station when we left. They were also really friendly and hospitable throughout our entire stay. Breakfast was simple and homely but good. Some insects were in our room which came in through open window and the host helped to resolve the issue really quickly! Highly recommend :)

Travel with big families and lucky to choose the pullman hotel which has convenient locations, accessible to most of the attractions near the erhai lake. The hotel is very new with fabulous lake view to enjoy the erhai and also xing sheng bridge . We dined in twice for dinner at level 5 grand Chinese restaurant. The food quality is above average and price reasonable with additional 10% off for hotel guests.

Our hotel booking included a free pick-up service, which was a fantastic start to our stay. After chatting with the driver, we decided to book him for a two-day tour around Dali, which turned out to be a great decision. The hotel room was clean and comfortable. Although there was no lift and our room was on the third floor, the hotel staff were very helpful in transferring our luggage both to and from our room. It seems that many accommodations in Dali don’t have lifts, so this assistance was much appreciated. We were pleasantly surprised with free gifts and desserts provided by the hotel, adding a special touch to our stay. However, the breakfast selections were only so-so and could use some improvement. The hotel’s location is another highlight. It is quite close to the old ancient city, allowing us to walk there early in the morning and take photos with minimal people around. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would recommend this hotel for its excellent service and convenient location.

From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home. The room was clean, spacious, and well-appointed with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. I especially appreciated the stunning view from the balcony. Overall, I was impressed by the high level of service and attention to detail. Very nice staff! Big and beautiful room! Very responsive via WeChat and quick to deliver us by using the golf cart. Free photos led by a photographer and free bag of gifts after we left. We enjoyed the stay but probably will think twice about staying overnight in the Santorini area again. It is a ghost town in Santorini after dark, no activities, no lights on in the area, everything closed after 6 pm. We walked around with our cell phone flashlight to find dinner.

The hotel was conveniently located right outside the dali ancient town, offering both convenience and tranquility. It was also beautifully decorated and equipped with a lot of amenities such as the pool, a really nice roof garden as well as a mini gym though we did not use them during this trip. The service and hospitality of the staffs were also impeccable. The receptionists were prompt in replies and always available to assist us, be it greeting us and helping us with our luggages or recommendations regarding touring around dali. We were also very grateful for the free room upgrade and were once again impressed by the cleanliness, decor and comfort of the room. The supper was really good as well. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay in this hotel and will recommend it to anyone coming to dali! :)

The room is as described and the staffs are very friendly. They offered to carry the heavy luggage up the stairs when we check in and check out. The heater also works well and never had issue with hot water when bathing. The courtyard view is very nice and morning breakfast is hearty. The location is also convenient as a didi pick up point. I like that the TV can screen-share from different devices including Apple devices. However, the in room wifi can be stronger.

The hotel is bright and welcoming with a beautiful relaxing garden and two friendly cats. The staff were warm, helpful and eager to assist and give recommendations to us. The room was large, clean and had everything we needed although the bathroom was a little basic, but perfectly usable.

The workers were amazing and the location is great, I give a 2 out of 5 for ammenities because the room is really really dark, even in broad daylight. They were also undergoing renovations outside. I felt it was too expensive for what it actually is. Apart from that, everything great ☺️ very close to the ancient city, which is a great plus.

He welcomed us with a pot of tea and delicious rose cake (a Dali specialty) while we waited for our room, and later surprised us with fresh fruit delivered directly to our room. He also provided gentle reminders about breakfast and the nightly soup offering, which was a lovely touch. Speaking of breakfast, it was quite decent with a good variety of local choices like rice noodles, corn, egg, and mini buns. The owner was always ready to assist with anything we needed, from recommending fantastic restaurants to helping us book bus tickets. Unfortunately, we had an accident during our trip, and the owner's response was incredible. He went above and beyond to help us, showing genuine care and concern. We felt like we were being treated like family, and we are so grateful for his patience and support during a difficult time. We 100% recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a fantastic place to stay in Dali. The combination of stunning views, comfortable accommodations, and exceptional service make this a true gem!
