Exceptional customer service! Never fail to disappoint Millennium Hotel Group, The in house Chinese Restaurant was exquisite and authentic food. Loved the goose and the oysters egg. Housekeeping was prompt and very clean. We were especially impressed by friendly Stella and Gary for their excellent and meticulous recommendations of sightseeing and food etc. Always ready to take their time to explain in details every queries we had. Saved us a whole lot of research and headaches, we overall had an enjoyable and unforgettable stay in Xiamen! Kudos to your service staff! Hotel is at a great location right next to Zhong Shan Rd Pedestrian Shopping street… lots of great restaurants and shopping very pleasant safe experience with lots of security guards around. Just eat at places with price menu and shop at places with fixed prices, you will go no wrong!

the hotel is situated right in front of the Gulangyu. One could enjoy the nice view during the day and the night. The metro station is nearby and the sightseeing spots is within walking distance, plus lots of restaurants next to the shopping arcade so one could enjoy the local taste while doing shopping. special thanks to Johnny 施為民 at concierge who made my stay easy with his tips on touring the Gulangyu, shopping arcade and promenade where I enjoyed the local food. Johnny's colleagues was also very kind and helpful.

After reading the online recommendations, I booked a night in a private hot spring with the mentality of giving it a try. I didn't expect it to be so comfortable. The environment is very good and private, especially suitable for escaping the hustle and bustle of the city on weekends. The hot spring water is also very gentle. After washing, the body will not be dry at all. I feel that my skin has become better. The front desk lady Xiao Lu is also very nice and attentive. The hotel has a shuttle bus to the door of the private hot spring room, which is also very convenient. The driver also patiently introduced the hotel's facilities and surrounding routes. Overall, it is very good. I will stay in this hot spring hotel next time~

I have stayed at quite a few Wanda hotels in the past and always had a pleasant experience but the past two days were anything but pleasant. I had a two night stay in Zhangzhou Wanda Realm from the 22nd of January to the 24th of January. I have listed my grievances below. 1. Air-conditioning does not work. My room was a constant temperature of 25 degrees Celsius and even after turning on the air conditioning did the temperature not go down. I had to ask the hotel to open a window to decrease the temperature and thus let polluted air into the room. 2. I booked an executive room knowing that I would receive some benefits. Not only was the executive lounge closed but as stated in the notice, they requested we use the hotel lobby bar which was also closed. I paid 850RMB per night for this room. If I am not going to have the benefits of an executive room at least refund me. 3. Swimming pool times have drastically decreased to limited times. I know that this is Chinese New year but isn't this the time when the hotel would receive most of its guests and thus have all the amenities ready and working to make a guest stay very pleasant. 4. Breakfast buffet was below standard of a 4 star hotel. Not only was the selection of foods extremely basic but the food was severely under stock. One would think that a four star hotel would be able to plan for a busy time like Chinese New year but no, there was limited food on basic items like eggs and bacon. Staff were not prepared for such large amounts of people. 5. It seems like this hotel is closing down as many water features and other amenities are either out of order or not working properly. It is an embarrassment to call this hotel a luxury hotel. It has the facade of a luxury hotel but cannot deliver on basic amenities. Please see my photos for evidence of my unpleasant stay. The staff were very friendly and tried to help where they can but it would be better to close down this hotel than call it a luxury 4 star hotel.

The room is great, with a balcony with a view. It is very comfortable to sit by the window and make tea. The complimentary fruit, tea, drinks and snacks are very rich. The facilities are very complete. The toilet is a very high-end Roca bathroom, and the toiletries are L'Occitane. The hotel also offers free experience of lacquer fans and bead stringing activities, which is quite fun. The transportation is very convenient, just in Sanfang Qixiang. Although the breakfast is vegetarian, it has a rich variety. In short, although the hotel is a little expensive, it is completely worth it.

This is the second time I am using this hotel. They have arranged a room at level36. Nice level and great view. Room is clean with fresh sheets. The issues are the rain shower was leaking spraying upwards. The air-conditioning is having a malfunction. It's either too warm or too cold. It's like 8degrees at night and it's really cold in the room or hot like sauna. Well stayed there for 2nights. There are Christmas decorations for the season. It make the hotel lobby livelier. Morning breakfast is decent. Its served with American breakfast and local Chinese cuisine. There are two major shopping malls beside it and one opposite. Great malls to hang out for Starbucks or McDonald's. There are many chinese restaurants available serving delicious food. Western food and Japanese cuisine are available too.

Upon check in, Manager Andy was at the reception and offered an upgrade when he saw that I was with my eighty years old mother and children. He was amazingly polite and I truly appreciated his effort to make our stay as comfortable as can be. The hotel is amongst the best in the region and I was given a room with sea view. Highly recommend this hotel to those who love a great view and impeccable service.

The hotel’s staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel manager,Vincent was patiently listened and solved our questions. My husband and I stayed at the seventh floor and they’ve provided afternoon tea for the executive floor members. The executive lounge was super clean,quiet and comfortable. We really enjoyed the afternoon tea. If there is one thing I can suggest, I will strongly suggest to change the guest room carpet and update the hair dryer. 马可波罗酒店的前台以及其他工作人员的服务态度都非常温馨贴切。酒店经理，Vincent耐心的帮我们解决问题。八楼层的行政楼下午茶，点心虽然不多但很精致，很开心享受下午茶时光。酒店客房若能换新地毯以及吹风机，会是厦门最高级的酒店之一,因为它的地理位置优越，闹中取静，俯瞰湖景…….

Overall I had a very good stay here. Cynthia is very friendly and willing to help. The hotel was cozy and breakfast offered a huge choice that has both western and local dishes. The room was very clean and spacious ,especially the hotel location is convenient and closed to the city center of Zhangzhou. I will definitely stay in Crowne Plaza again next time when I travel to Zhangzhou
