Location is excellent. Many high rating restaurants around. 6min walk to the City Wall. Right at the historic area to shop and walk around. The staff are super friendly, they make so much effort to communicate with us in English via phone. Also, when we checked out, they gave us 2 fans for souvenirs. The decor of the hotel is very nice. Moreover they even have a clothes hanger line in the washroom, very thoughtful. Highly recommend!

I have always wanted to visit Suzhou. This time I finally got the chance to go. Since I was traveling alone, I was worried about the safety of the hotel. I chose a youth hostel in Nanjing. But I was afraid that I would not rest well, so I chose a hotel in Suzhou. The reason I stayed in this homestay was that it had a river view room. When I opened the curtains, the feeling of Jiangnan came into view. I decisively booked it for three nights. I think it was a wise choice. The boss would add WeChat to contact in advance. Inform the location. He also thoughtfully wrote down where to eat and where to have fun. The location is on the old street. Near Qili Shantang, it is only a six or seven minute walk. There are also many recommended restaurants nearby. You don’t have to go to crowded restaurants. There is also a vegetarian restaurant very close. Let’s talk about the room. Clean. Log style. You can watch the big projection without a membership. It is not too cold with air conditioning. The boss is also super nice. He would ask if you want an extra bed and quilt. If you want to turn on the air conditioning in advance, he would help bring the takeaway into the room. Once I went back early, the room was still cleaned in time. The cleaning lady kept apologizing to me. There were fruits every day. Even if you don't eat it, you will be given new ones. There were cherries on the last day. When I checked out, the boss was very considerate and offered to help me move my luggage. But I had already moved it myself. The boss even gave me a red envelope. Oh my god, what kind of boss is this? Suzhou is great. I will come again if I have the chance. It's so comfortable to live here!

Small touches like this made my stay feel personal and welcoming What I loved most about my time here was simply staying in my room and people-watching from the window. The view was a quiet kind of magic like watching daily life unfold in Zhouzhuang’s water town felt like stepping into another world. The town moves at its own pace, different from anything I’m used to, and it reminded me how refreshing it can be to slow down and truly observe If you’re looking for a place with a cozy atmosphere, wonderful hosts, and the chance to soak in the charm of Zhouzhuang, Guyunfeng Hotel is a great choice. It’s not just a place to stay; it’s a small retreat where you can reconnect with the beauty of simple moments P.S. you will have to pay a ticket for 100RMB and good for 3 days. If you stay more than 3 days, you will have to pay ticket for every 3 days or so. You can buy a ticket from vending machines and have your face scanned at the security checkpoints, or buy it manually, take picture on ticket with date then show it to security guards.

The hostel location is right at the center of Ping Jiang Road. Even though it is at the centre of the street, can’t hear any noise which that impressed me. The staff is also very helpful to allow us for free late check out. The uncle works in the tea house was kind to share with us travel tips and some recommendations that was very helpful. The hostel is a bit old and there was a small portable heater provided downstairs hence it was very cold when showering in the winter. Upstairs at the sleeping area was very warm and comfy.

The apartment is conveniently located, nestled between restaurants and landmarks, and within walking distance of the Confucius Temple tourist area. It’s warm and cozy, with an artificial fireplace in the wall that adds to the ambiance. A small washing machine is available—check my photo for the valve position to ensure the water supply is on. The bathroom has a sliding door, but it offers little soundproofing. Hot water in the bathroom runs out quickly, so be mindful of turning it off while applying shampoo. It might not suffice for two people consecutively. The bed is extremely comfortable, and the apartment is generally warm thanks to central AC heating controlled via the wall panel, which works well. There’s also a projector with a large canvas on the wall, though I haven’t had the chance to try it yet. Overall, it’s a cozy and practical space for a comfortable stay!

Location not far from Railway South station, First, confused a little bit to find. It's name Himalaya block D. Just opposite Holiday Inn. Reception is also nice n friendly. Room is big n have big projector. The only matter is open the room use password change each time.. Cause I didn't use WeChat. Must come to reception.Others is good.. Room rate cheaper.. Tks alot..

Best hotel/homestay i’ve ever been to, it is located right in the main road of Zhouzhuang’s water town, we book a family room for 3 but when we check in the host even give us a extra room for free! And the view was spectacular! Overall 100/10 !

I have been away from Zhouzhuang for several days. Suddenly I think of this famous hotel and it is full of memories. I stayed there for only one night with my two kids. The kids said they didn't want to leave... The parking problem that I was worried about when I booked was perfectly solved by the hotel lady using a tour bus. It is super convenient to go downstairs and reach an entrance to the scenic area. The suite has a balcony and the night view is super beautiful. I think the hotel's own garden is a tourist attraction. The kids didn't want to sleep after watching the projection (๑ᵕ⌓ᵕ̤) In short, it is very good👍

The Homestay is located at a very strategic and perfect location. Reachable by car and Within walking distance to the suzhou museum, pingjiang road and guanqian road. The room is clean and very comfortable. The host is friendly helpful and very hospitable. They even helped to wash my cloths! Would definitely stay here again and highly recommended for those who would be visiting Suzhou 非常好的民宿，干净清洁，环境优雅，地理位置也很方便，走路可到平江路观前街等等。 民宿主人也很友善很健谈，像家人一般。极度推荐平江小院！

When I made the booking thru Trip.com, I filtered ‘breakfast included’, Guixin Courtyard Guesthouse was on my list. I chose it. I did not read the confirmation from Trip.com When I checked in, I told the staff that breakfast was included. He checked the booking confirmation and found meals were not included. I wonder why this happened? The staff was so nice to buy me one time breakfast All the basic accessories ( tooth brushes, towels, …)are good It takes at least 15 minutes walk to the South Nanjing Station where you can take trains, local buses and long distance buses. Very convenient! I recommend this hotel.

It's my first time in Nanjing. I feel that the hygiene and service attitude of this B&B are very good. If I can't find where the store is, the store manager will come to take me personally. Then I asked the store manager where there are fun places. The store manager recommended Yihe Road to me. It's really beautiful. When I returned to the B&B at night and lay on the mattress, I found that the mattress is really soft and comfortable. Next time I come to Nanjing, I will still choose this B&B. It's really amazing.

Room has an ageing look with dusts, bathroom is a bit mouldy. We came during winter and the room was like a chiller and took some time to warm up. The owner arranged his staff to pick us up on foot from a meeting point outside the ancient town as cars aren’t able to enter. However, his staff didn’t lead us back to the same pick up point even if had requested for help. We lost our way and thankfully my car driver was able to locate us. We booked a room for 4 but amenities were arranged for 2 only. We have to request for extra from bathroom items to pillows. Will consider other modern guests houses at the edge of the water village for the same price.

The B&B is located outside the scenic area, only two to three hundred meters away from the entrance of Shen Hall. It is convenient to enter and exit Zhouzhuang, and it also avoids the trouble of carrying luggage on the stone road and bridge in the scenic area. The proprietress was very warm, friendly, and quick. She took us to buy tickets and introduced delicious restaurants. The room decoration is in good taste, simple and elegant, clean and comfortable. I went for a walk around with my family on the weekend and booked this B&B. I liked the decoration style, which is clean and simple. At night, we took a rowing boat and tried local food. We ate in the store at night. The Wansan pig trotters and white silk fish made by the aunt were delicious, which added wonderful memories to this trip. Zhouzhuang has beautiful scenery. Every shot is very good. It was a very satisfying weekend trip!
