There are many services on site and you can enjoy the surroundings before and after the ride. The ride itself is fantastic and offers wonderful views of London - especially if you are a picture taker. The pricing is reasonable and you can also bundle with other attractions. We did find this a bit confusing, until we were helped by a friendly staff member. You do have to watch times as they gave us a tight connection to the next attraction - no worries though as there was a wait time there. Well worth the time and cost
