Me and my friend booked this hotel as there were good reviews, which is very important to us as we came from Norway to stay there for 6 days. It was also our first time in Amsterdam and were not familiar with the location. We were first checked into a wrong room than the one we had booked, and were told that we could move the next morning to another one. After we were moved to a bigger room, they told us we had to pay 50 euros due to the ”cleaning from the other room”, which we expect to be included in the price we already paid for our stay. Never experienced this before. Some staff don't smile, don't say hello, and looked strange at us when we walked through the reception. The next days our new room was not cleaned at all, one day they only came to make the bed, the next day they only came with new towels on the door. One day the cleaning lady also rushed in without knocking while we were in bed, which we thought was very unprofessional. We did not feel comfortable or safe at all staying here. We will not be going back here. Location is also pretty far from the centrum

Definitely one of the nicest hotels I have stayed in! Barely even a 5 minute walk to and from Sloterdijk train station. Staff were friendly and welcoming. The room itself was out of this world; humongous!!! Especially for a tall guy like me. Last time I stayed in a room this huge was in Orlando. I was also blown away by the breakfast spread which had plenty of variety, that could have set you up for the day. The AC was an amazing touch as well, as we came during a heat wave. Plus the addition of a mini fridge was a nice touch. My only criticism was that the place is a little noisy, especially as our room was next to the lifts. The first night was hard to sleep with, the second and third night, barely even noticed. I would definitely stay here again!!!

We had an early flight and arrived at 8 a.m. The customer service allowed us to check in early, which was very considerate. Everything is complete when you enter, and the facilities are new and good. I stayed for two nights and didn’t change the bath towels, but it didn’t matter.

Hands down the best location if you wanna be away from the center crowd but also wanna be close to pretty much everything. The staff was great. We got late for breakfast a couple of times and the staff was so kind to extend their breakfast timing just for us.

I liked the hotel - it's better than my expectations (just not quite sure about hotels in Europe). It is very clean, close to train station and the bus station was handy as I went everywhere via bus/ train. Good location after all (just not at the very heart of the city) Shower, AC, bedding was nice. Caught up on rest there!

Teleport Hotel brings the conveniences of a hotel with a relaxed vibe of a hostel together. The twin room we stayed in was very spacious, included a small kitchen and was cleaned daily. Bathroom was private, you only need to make 2 steps across the corridor to enter it. Staff was very friendly and accommodating, offering advice and sightseeing tips. Lovely chill-out area right in front of the hotel and unique wall paintings in each room make the atmosphere better. Teleport Hotel is not right in the city center, but the center can be reached very conveniently by train in 5 minutes (1 stop) or a tram (20minutes). In short, for the price you get a lot more than expected, and we would gladly stay again.
