Bad experience with trip.com. first was oversea and they informefd they need to change my hotel and didnt book back the one with breakfast and couldnt resolve issue. Trip.com worst service.

Clean, good service , convenient

First choice for business trips. The room is not big but has everything it needs and is very clean. It takes about 7/8 minutes to walk from Rimoto Atsugi Station. The front desk is also very welcoming and provides free umbrellas on rainy days. Stayed here many times.

This hotel has a quiet and comfortable atmosphere, and the room was clean, spacious, and cozy. The staff were polite and the check-in process went smoothly. The view from the window was beautiful, and I was able to relax both physically and mentally. Overall, I was very satisfied and would like to use this hotel again.

There were no problems with the stay and it was comfortable! I ordered breakfast, which was delicious. The French toast and curry were especially unique to this hotel, and I was satisfied from the morning! One thing that bothered me was that all the window locks would open. Normally, I think they would lock with a clasp halfway through, but the window in my room could rotate 180 degrees, and since it was on a high floor, it was a bit scary. I think this is probably just the room I stayed in.

Compared to other hotels around Hon-Atsugi, this hotel seems a little far from the station. However, it was a clean hotel.

I was able to relax at a reasonable price. Although it said that a gym and spa were included, I had overlooked the fact that they were nearby facilities and that I had to bring my own clothing.

The spa is just a few minutes walk away!
