At that time, I chose a room with a city view, so I was assigned the first room out of the elevator. The sound of the elevator entrance and exit and the voices of people talking in the corridor outside are very clear and noisy. Secondly, because the location of the room is facing the intersection of 2 streets, and the bar is very lively at night, you can hear it clearly in the room. A large part of the reason should be that the hotel's window glass is extremely poor, and secondly, the overall sound insulation is also extremely poor. Therefore, that night, it took 5 o'clock in the morning to forcefully fall asleep. I was exhausted, and my heart was beating with the music outside. Woke up the next day very very angry and called the front desk to ask for a quieter room. The front desk service attitude of the hotel was very good, and they expressed their understanding, and quickly changed to a room on a higher floor, next to a quiet street. But the room doesn't have any view at all, looking out of the window is a broken building. Secondly, the voices in the aisle can still be heard clearly. Fortunately, I only stayed for 2 nights. Every time I think about this check-in experience, I am really devastated.
