Overall it wasn’t the worst hotel experience but also wasn’t the greatest. Everything in the hotel was nice, from the friendly people at the front desk to the rest of the work staff. However, there were some downsides. Three major things were inconveniences on our visit there. The first was they don’t have a restaurant or kitchen so they don’t really have food so you do have to explore for some restaurants near by. Again, it’s not the end of the world but definitely don’t expect a great complimentary hotel breakfast. They do have some stuff for breakfast but mainly just pre-bought pastries and some cereal. The main thing that did annoy us at the hotel was that it took us 3 days to get someone to change out our towels and sheets. This was the only frustrating part especially after we ran into one of the cleaning ladies after 2 days of no clean sheets and she said she would clean them and we came back from our day out and they still weren’t cleaned or changed. The front desk person was very helpful and even offered us some complimentary snacks but it was quite annoying that it took so long for fresh sheets and towels. Finally, we also needed to get our car from valet and leave early in the morning for the airport, but it took the valet 30 minutes to get our car and we even had to consult the front desk lady to call them and ask where it was. It was very frustrating but something to keep in mind if you are leaving early one morning and have a car with them. Other than those 3 things though, it was a great hotel and in a great location in Baltimore! Definitely will recommend but would keep in mind our experience the next time we stay there.

About the hotel: Staff were so friendly and accommodating. Hotel was clean and nicely decorated. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Location was great for walkable restaurants, coffee, inner harbor sights & shops. About the city: Needed to go to Baltimore for 1st time, and what a wonderful surprise. Everyone was so friendly, and every turn, the city holds beautiful unique surprises - historic, beautifully maintained brick buildings, giant historic ships at the harbor, fun, eclectic shops, restaurants, murals. It was an unassuming city to me and I didn’t know what to expect but was surprised and delighted.

Super friendly and helpful staff, spacious and clean room, close to the harbor and main attractions in Baltimore. Valet parking is very convenient! Would recommend this hotel if you’re coming to the Baltimore area!
