great location! the room was great and comfortable I will sure will be back the balcony is very small and can fit only one person.

- The hotel is not worth its money: it smells old, the swimming pool is small (and the water is too cold), and you can hear bikes and tuk-tuks passing by at night because the word “soundproof” is not about this place. Also every time some of your neighbors closes the door you will hear it as well. You need to really slam the door to close it. + the location is close to Khao San road and the staff is friendly

Perfect location for exploring the Khao San Road but still having a peaceful night sleep. The room is clean and well equipped, even a very small balcony for smoking convenience and watching the many monitor lizards !!

The location is perfect as it is near khaosan road street food and stretch of bars. Hotel is clean and cosy, and the staff are very helpful with out requests. Other than comb and room slippers, all amenities are good.

I loved this place! Location is perfect . 3 min walking from kao San road , 10 min waking from the pier . The room is super comfy and quiet . Swimming pool is great and always a plus and you are in Bangkok . For me , mandatory . Staff is super nice and breakfast is quite good and relaxing .

The value for money is good. The location is quiet but always busy. Khao San Road is very noisy at night, but it is only a short seven-minute walk to the hotel and it is very quiet. There is a 7-11 right opposite which is very convenient. The breakfast was richer than expected, the room was tidy, and the important staff were very friendly. I was afraid of facing slanderous staff when traveling, but a small talk was enough! Although the swimming pool is a bit thin, at least there are staff present and towels are provided. So this price is considered a high value!

The staff is good. The clean rooms. The breakfast is delicious but there is not much variety.

The room is very small. There is only one small window on the side not facing the river, so there is not much light. The towels are all old. The food and drinks at the bar are charged. The price is the same as the newly opened hotel near iconsiam where we stayed on the first night, but the grade is much worse. Moreover, the side not facing the river that we booked in advance was more expensive than the side facing the river on the day of check-in. When we asked the front desk if we could change it, the answer was that we had to add 1,000 baht. It was a very bad experience. The breakfast was also average. What's more terrible is that there is a *** at the door of the hotel, and there are people sitting at the door of the hotel smoking, and the hotel staff don't care. There are many people with children coming and going. I don't know what they think. In short, I don't recommend staying here at all.
