The Best Hotel in Bayan Lepas - the Lov Penang Reviews

Strange hotel. Only a bottle of water for amenities. Only a thin blanket for cover. Highway noise all night. Didn’t get much sleep. Left at 5am for an early flight. Office was closed so I couldn’t drop off the key. Gate was closed so I had to carry my luggage over the fence and climb over the fence to get out.

This hotel is suitable for a short stay if you're in transit for your next flight from Penang International Airport. However, don't expect anything exceptional.

Spider webs in the bathroom. Shower head is broken. Window and wall are so thin you can hear everything form the roadside.

The hotel management were having an event at the time of our visit and with the place being small did not inform the guest prior to our stay which made it difficult to park. We had to park outside and when asked why guest were treated like this we got no help from the staff. The toilet seat was broken, the location provided was inaccurate and overall a very bad experience, does come close to living up to it's name as the best hotel in Bayan Lepas. Personally, would never come back here again.

Best place for stay with your friends

It’s near to the airport, otherwise the room Is just okay, there’s limited parking facilities and a lot of noise from the construction sites!

Very strategic location for whom who want to go to airport

No Facilities, no daily cleaning, no food, no toiletries, no food or bars nearby (within walking distance), no TV, Internet very very slow to none at all, the toilet was broken and had to be filled with the Bidet Hose, Bathroom door did not close properly not a lot of anything and no shoes allowed. If you need a Hotel close to the Airport, it is OK, though 27RM Taxi Fare. It was a bit noisy with a lot of construction around. It is an Airport Hotel not a tourist hotel.

Convenient place as it is very close to Bayan Lepas but the room has no window and being close to the reception on the ground floor - lots of noisy sounds late at night!

Most like home stay instead of hotel

I found cockroach alive in the bathroom n mosquitoes were flying around, also the bathroom door was seen a big gap, people can see through

No television in the room. Bathroom/ toilet quite small. There's a gap on the bathroom door (u can see thru the gap). During day time, there's noise coming from construction site nearby. It's near to the airport, but our visited places mostly very far from the hotel (example: batu feringghi, batu maung, komtar etc.)

Generally good experience. The location is very strategic. The hotel attendant is helpful. The interior design is amazing.
