Villa de Roses is located in a very good spot on the Mahe Island. Family friendly and as quiet as it could be. Beach, restaurants, Public transport, supermarkets, ATMs and pharmacy are 1 to 5 minutes away from where it's located. Clean and beautiful environment. Although, it didn't provide a few things such as hair dryer and change of towels and bed sheets and breakfast, but even without them we enjoyed our stay in there.

Beautiful atmosphere, homely and lovely. Very welcoming, accommodating and helpful host and workers. Had an amazing time. The self catered option paid for was not fully provided aside that everything was great. And will visit again.

My wife and I stayed in this wonderful villa in November 2024. After prior correspondence with the owner of the villa, Claudia, I agreed that, despite the fact that I booked a room without a kitchen, I would be able to use the barbecue I brought with me (basically a simple, cheapest and lightest barbecue). We bought fish at the market, although you can buy it on the right side of Beau Vallon beach - there, fishermen sell freshly caught fish. We bought coal in a nearby store, and brought dry fuel with us. I also asked to be met by car. The owner agreed to help. It cost 40 Euros (600 rupees), which is, in principle, lower than the standard price for a taxi from the airport to Beau Vallon. In the end, we were accommodated in a room with a kitchen. It is very convenient, because you can't really go to restaurants because of the exorbitant prices (for example, spaghetti bolognese in a cafe-restaurant will easily cost you 30 dollars per serving). We cooked breakfasts at the villa ourselves. We had lunch on the beach, and for dinner we made a salad from mango and papaya bought at the market, lettuce and canned tuna from the store, which is quite cheap here (25-30 rupees, which is a little less than 300 rubles in our money at the rate of 7 rubles per rupee). The salad in this version turned out to be very exotic and appropriate for the holiday. The first thing I would like to immediately note about the villa is its extremely convenient location. The villa is located 5-7 minutes from the beach. Opposite, across the road there is a car rental, a cafe and a take away establishment (a more economical alternative to cafes and restaurants) nearby, as well as an ATM. A 5-minute walk will take you to a supermarket, and in another 2-3 minutes to a small area with a liquor store, an exchange office, and 3 more supermarkets. There is also a bakery and a mobile phone operator store there. There is a bus stop within walking distance if you do not plan to rent a car. Although with a rented car you do not depend on anyone, and if it rains, you go to the beach where there is no rain. I have tested this myself. While our neighbors did not leave their rooms for 2 days, buried in their phones, we swam on the southern beaches of the island, where the only reminder of rain was the clouds. So a rental car is a must have, especially since you can return the car at the airport on the day of departure. The second thing about the villa is the beautiful garden with flowering plants and trees. In the morning, when you have breakfast on your terrace, the birds sing and flutter, and the beauty arranged by the owners pleases the eye. The owners are friendly and ready to help with everything. The room is cleaned every 2 days, the bed linen was changed once in 9 days, which, in principle, already meets my expectations. In our room (number 7), Wi-Fi was stable in 80% of cases. The furniture is not new, but quite decent. The bathroom had both a shower and a large full-length bathtub (though without a drain plug, because no way). To each his own. There were no mosquitoes (the fumigator was wasted). There is a parking lot on the territory, which is very convenient. Parked, took things and already home. We saw that in some villas there was a parking lot

We spent 2 nights and had a very warm welcome from the manager and her children. The proximity to the beach and the restaurant is very appreciable. In addition, the garden is very well maintained and very pleasant. We thank you for this wonderful time spent with you.

The location is not bad with a nice well-kept garden, 100 meters from the sea, some nice rooms, others in need of renovation (there were 13 of us with 7 rooms so we saw almost all of them), but what stands out most is the rudeness, indisponence and arrogance of the lady who manages, practically non-existent, on the day of arrival at 3.30 pm there was no one among 13 people except a little girl who knew nothing, after 15 minutes the lady arrived and started distributing rooms at random without having a voucher from anyone realizing that a room was missing, he then went to print the booking sheet and after 45 minutes they assigned us the rooms. The other days we never saw him, on the last day having the transfer at 3pm we asked him if we could keep a towel for every 2 people to take a shower which was outside since he didn't have a courtesy room, obviously he told us no and that we had to use our own towels. I conclude that excluding the price which is good, a little more kindness and courtesy to those who make you work and earn money wouldn't hurt.

Reservation via booking for 2 months for an apartment with kitchen and two bedrooms (we are 2 adults with 2 children). We arrive to take possession of the premises and there the manager tells us that our accommodation has been overbooked and therefore already taken by another family. As a solution she offers us 2 tiny rooms without any comfort, therefore neither kitchen nor living room for the 4 of us to meet up and cook. Taken by surprise we couldn't find anything else and accepted. The lady's commercial gesture proved to be worthless since she made us pay the full rate for the rooms (admittedly a little cheaper than the apartment but nothing to do with the expected service) which gave the impression of a scam... In addition, we wanted to have the breakfast offered on the reservation sites but in fact the lady no longer does it! Fortunately the proximity of the restaurants saved our evening. 1 very bad memory for our last night in the Seychelles too bad...

From January 18, 2022 to January 27, we vacationed on Beauvallon Beach in the Seychelles and lived in the two-star hotel "Willa de roses", which is located five minutes from the beach. The choice fell on this hotel because of its proximity to shops, a pharmacy, a currency exchange office and a magnificent beach. The hotel itself is no frills, a room without a kitchen, there is an electric kettle, air conditioning, a ceiling fan, a bathroom combined with a toilet, a large comfortable balcony with a table and two armchairs, there is a TV (there are no channels in Russian). Among the two star hotels (economy) this is the best. Very attentive hostess and all the staff. The day before departure, they brought us a compliment from the hotel, a delicious broomstick. Thank you very much
