Good place in terms of price/quality. Clean rooms, friendly staff.
Far from the city, so the only advantage is the proximity to the airport, thus a taxi or a car is required to get to this hotel.
Wi Fi is ok.
No breakfast is served here.

The hotel can only be booked for a short layover between flights. The city center is quite far. The airport is 15 minutes away (Yandex taxi - 1100 dinars, or the bus stop is 10 minutes away, bus 72 goes every 30 minutes directly to the airport).
The nearest grocery store is a 7-minute walk away.
The room has a disgusting smell of a wet ashtray (open windows only intensify this smell). All the walls are in black stripes, as if someone dragged a bicycle into the room.
There are no slippers in the room, no bottled water, and yes, no hairdryer (you need to ask for it separately at the reception).
When checking in, we had to wait exactly until 14:00, they did not check us in even a minute earlier.
