We booked this hotel room via Trip.com but when we arrived there, there was no room available.  The host didn’t look surprised. He didn’t wanna see our reservation number or reference. He diverted to nearby hotel, in pretty bad conditions. We noticed later on that the price of the new hotel was less than half what we paid initially . No refund, no explanations, no breakfast ( even if included in our reservation). Probably the owner is not happy with Trip.com reservation customers , he’s using the platform for publicity, but then he accept only people that booked with him directly. It was totally a scam. I really bad experience .

Ordinary, simple room, no value for money.

The facilities were misunderstood overall. I had a tight travel schedule, so it was hard to find a decent room, so I had to find one in a hurry and stay there. I don't think I'll go there again. The receptionist didn't speak English well. It wasn't clean and it was really bad.

I booked this hotel, but was directed to another hotel because it was overbooked. The new hotel I was directed to was called Dong lai, which is located a bit far from the town. (Taxi fee: 80,000 VND) The Dong lai hotel was newly built, clean, and well-equipped. I didn't see the inside of this Ngoc Anh, but the location is very good. (Convenient to walk around the town)

The previous guest's quilt was not changed, the garbage was not taken out, the environment was like a 20 yuan hotel in China.

The room here is quite nice, my family and I really like it, especially my two children. Prices are also reasonable, staff are enthusiastic. Traveling is also convenient, there is a door-to-door shuttle service. If there is a chance, my whole family will come back

Scam, this “hotel” (more like a hostel) is one of the worst places I have ever been at. We needed to wait for 15 minutes just to ask for someone to bring us toilet paper and new towels because they don’t clean the rooms when you are there. The room smelled like sweat and mold I hated every second in the hotel The only good thing about this place is that it’s near the Main Street

The worst “hotel” (kind of hostel) that i have ever been at, the facilities of the hotel is worst, a lot of mold on the walls, bad beds, The shower looks horrible and the smell is just terrible in the room. if u want to suffer go to this “hotel” Don’t recommend at all

Renting a room in EXECUTIVE TWIN ROOM is advised to accommodate 4 people, but I find it quite spacious for 6 people, which is also comfortable. The room is super large, clean, airy, bright, and has a super beautiful view of the sea. The staff is enthusiastic, thoughtful, careful and extremely polite to customers

Nice hotel, great location. Located in the center of Nui Ngoc old town in Cat Ba. Hotel near Vien Duong restaurant eat very well. The hotel offers tours to Lan Ha Bay and Viet Hai, plus a very rich and diverse forest checking service

Nice hotel, central location. On the first floor, there is Mr. Linh's tourist office. The staff here are extremely friendly and hospitable. They meet almost all the needs of customers when staying here. I encourage recommending and promoting this place. From the hotel go to the central square vad very close.

The hotel is located in the center of Cat Ba town, near the raft to Lan Ha Bay, near the night market and beaches. Friendly host, professional and enthusiastic staff. The hotel provides free information about travel schedules in Cat Ba. The hotel offers tours to the bay and explore Viet Hai ancient village, I am very satisfied and would recommend this hotel

Phòng nội thất trang nhã, tầm nhìn đẹp, rất sạch sẽ, vị trí trung tâm nhưng yên tĩnh, giường thoải mái, máy lạnh rất êm. chuyến đi tuyệt vờii, khách sạn có không gian hoáng mát và siêu sach sẽ, có rất nhiều tiện nghi luônn, view đẹp và có cả quần bar nữa hiii, trải nghiệm tốttt

Hotel 5sao . Mình là khách du lịch, dịch vụ rất tốt. Không gian phòng hì thoáng mát sạch sẽ, recomment mọi người đi du lịch ên qua hotel này để nghỉ ngơi nha Khách sạn n*** trung tâm Cát Bà, đi lại thuận tiện, Anh chủ nhà rất hiếu khách và nhiệt tình. Lần sau tới Cát Bà nhất định sẽ tiếp tục ủng hộ Pina Hotel
