The older, grumpy baggage handler needs training on how to take his job more seriously. I waited over five minutes clearly needing help with my luggage, but he ignored me the entire time. He just stood there staring at me until I finally asked if he was the one in charge of helping with luggage. When I returned to ask for my bag, he let out a loud sigh as if he were doing me a favor. He never responded to my “thank you.” On the other hand, the younger baggage handler and the African-American one were both friendly and professional.
The hotel itself was okay. The location is good, and the rest of the staff were helpful and nice. However, for what we paid the rooms should be improved — at the very least they should offer better quality toilet paper, a small fridge, and a microwave.
