It was my first time staying at a hot spring hotel. The transportation is very convenient, whether you take public transportation or drive. The housekeeper Xiao Chen is very enthusiastic and can reply to us in time when we encounter problems during the check-in process. There are also many hot spring pools, each with a unique experience. I like to soak in the angelica and red wine pools, which are very comfortable. The restaurant buffet has a rich variety of dishes, affordable prices, and high cost performance. The waiter's attitude is very good, and he can always meet the needs of guests in time. It is a good place for vacation.

It is a great choice for family lodging. Great service and great room. Too bad I overpaid the room, when other booking choices are available. No free breakfast, ***. And the free spa isn't so free, I used and walked away with flattened wallet. Damn, better to stay in the room to enjoy the free dated movies.

The hotel is very close to Jiuzhou Port, and it is very convenient to take a boat from Shenzhen. The hotel is as comfortable as ever and is very close to the seaside. I chose this apartment to catch my flight. It's 10 minutes from the airport, quiet, and has convenient parking. I originally booked the Atour next door, but found the room was too small. Since I had to host a friend temporarily, I booked this apartment with a try-it attitude. It's easy to find the apartment from the entrance of the park, but there is no sign outside. The whole building is equipped with apartment facilities. The person who checked me in enthusiastically introduced the apartment. When I got to the room, the heating was already on, which was a pleasant surprise. I will stay here again next time.

I booked this hotel casually because the free pick-up service was very convenient for me as I arrived in Zhuhai late at night. The pick-up driver was very enthusiastic. Although the hotel had just been renovated, it didn’t smell like decoration. The lady at the front desk helped me for free. I upgraded my room. The room is very clean, the bedding is very comfortable, and the price is quite affordable. I am very satisfied! !

All beaches and attractions can only be reached by taxi. Don't be fooled by the location. It is very inconvenient to live here with children. A taxi to Sun Moon Bay costs at least 50 yuan, and a taxi to Chimelong costs more than 100 yuan, which is too far.

This is a very nice hotel for family with kids. We bought the package including admission to the Ice and Snow Sports City and Children playground. You can freely in and out during the complete stay. It is just walking distance within the resort. There are two swimming pool, one for kids and one for adult with nice view. Kids loves the say.
The restaurant is not as nice, however, you can just go across the street to the big shopping mall with many restaurants and also a supermarket.

A big thank you for Days Inn ZH, for upgrading our room and allowing us to check out late up to 2:30 pm.
We were allocated a corner room, with wide windows and very spacious. We were pleasantly surprised that their pillows and blankets were of very high quality. The room is fully automated, in the sense that you can control everything through a panel, including flushing of toilet.
Breakfast had everything you needed, dim sum, noodle, fried chicken, yoghurt, egg etc. the dinning area is spotlessly clean.
Counter staff were very couteous and friendly.
As for location, it was only 10 minutes walk from Ha Wan Night Market.
All in all, it is an excellent hotel. We will definitely come back.

Checked in on 1/7. Daniel, Anderson & Rainey were helpful and welcoming. Got upgraded with Macau view room. Room was new, clean and comfortable. No weird smell at all. Overall very satisfied with the service and the room. Will sure stay again. Extremely close to Hengqin Border. However, the shower door should be pushed instead of pulled from outside cos cannot put the floor mat in any way. So that’s where it should improve. Buffet breakfast was good but not much variety tho.

推薦，簡約風格很清爽，衞生也乾淨，沒聞到任何異味，空間也不錯，特別值得一提的是用的洗髮水沐浴露都是袋裝一次性的那種，也算是一個牌子貨，不是雜牌，不需要擔心不衞生問題，不夠用也可以給老闆説，老闆會及時補充，既衞生也不會浪費，提供的一次性馬桶墊也要點贊，是那種紡布的，質量也不錯，不是特別差勁的紙質馬桶墊，最喜歡的是那個掛衣架，空間很大，配的小茶几和沙發也很喜歡，空調製冷足夠，WiFi也好用，門外，走廊衞生都很乾凈，無異味，大部分客房應該在二樓，有步梯也有電梯，拿了行李也很方便，位置也可以，挺好找的，不需要走那種特別窄的小巷子，樓下週圍什麼都有，吃喝玩樂全都有，不用擔心沒吃的，老闆會積極主動詢問是否需要補充物品，打掃衞生之類，我連住了三天，如果以後有需要我會再次選擇，天氣太熱了，請忽略我喝的一堆空水瓶哈哈哈哈哈哈哈

SSona索纳I chose Deluxe sea-view room and had a great experience. The view was super and especially could see the sunrise from my room.
The stuff is super helpful and understanding. I came from Foshan and forgot to take my passport. I called the hotel stuff and they told me that it’s possible to check in with the photo of the passport. I’ll surely come back to this hotel. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

PPoh Tim Chye1/ 1st impression: During check-check and asked for late checkout but was told not possible but later given late checkout but the front desk staff told me for exchange to give her good commend for her service which I neither agree nor disagree because I don't trade for service.
2/ The Breakfast was horrible and all utensils were no display or available; forks/spoons/chop-sticks on table. Nothing else. Asking for coffee spoons but given soup spoon and after some times then get it, then was told they actually provide sticks but only 3rd day then I found out they kept in the drawer.
A lot pf tour groups and you hardly can get the food, all are empty. Fighting for food with tourists and the food quality is bad and salty like eating salty........
3/ couldn't get good wifi and was given another small touter after midnight after a lot of checking and debate; though the IT manager is kind enough serve late night, but I think the hotel need to enhance the wifi service for business guests.
4/ Room cleaning was good though they missed our to top-up one of the day, but overall good.
5/ Disappointed there is no in room service manus for the food.....
6/ The hotel staff used my person data to contact me for rating their service after I checked out this is very bad indeed.

SSmartcanuckPhotos show an upgraded room! Excellent service and care from staff. We were welcomed and take care by Ms. Nina Li and Ms. Amy who checked us in. We were also upgraded to a nicer room so the photos are not of the original room.
Amenities- Pool was excellent, with nice loungers, towels and hair dryers. But it was closed in the afternoon until 5:00pm. That’s too long for cleaning. The pool staff were not at counter but they were next to pool. Pool area didn’t have water available for drinking. Gym was nice enough and spacious but equipment was lacking
Service- attentive, responsive and thoughtful . Ms. Li was able to speak Cantonese which was necessary and helped the check in process. When we requested two extra pillows they gave us choices and offered other options when it wasn’t available.
Room was clean and bed was soft. Pillows and robes were fluffy but Washroom plumbing had a funny smell,
Breakfast bacon could be better but sausages were ok. Whole wheat bread was very fresh but toaster doesn’t totally work (you need to stop the toasting manually.
No one helped us with our luggage when we arrived , but the staff did offer to help later in the evening when we were returning from dinner but it was too late. Check out is on 5th floor but more signage and having more staff on first floor would be better.
You can drive to Henqin port easily the area doesn’t have much traffic.
Overall the hotel is good value for money if you like swimming and the service was good.

JJerry JiaoIt was an amazing experience staying at the Kingward International Hotel. I was very impressed with the friendliness of hotel staff, especially the Front Desk and Breakfast dinning restaurant staff, they were well-trained and really passionate in helping their guests. There were so many (close to 100) oriental and western style food varieties available for breakfast buffet, fresh and professionally cooked. It was one of the best breakfast buffet that I had around the world.
The hotel is strategically located on the shoreline of the ocean on the famous Lover's Road. Both our rooms had ocean view, and one room can see the Hong Kong–Zhuhai–Macau Bridge. It's very close to the GongBei border crossing to Macau, and minutes away from the Bridge Customs to Hong Kong. There is a bus stop right on the door steps of the hotel.
The hotel has a very impressive crystal sculpture collection and other mineral collections exhibiting on the first three floors. Both the interior and exterior decoration are well designed with ancient palace styles.
We are Chinese Canadians. My family was on a one-month tour to ShenZhen, ZhuHai, Hong Kong, Macau, GuangZhuo and SanYa, staying at Kingward was the most memorable experience among all hotels. My family also want to specially thank Ms. Feng Ya Li (丰雅丽) who work at the Front Desk, she is friendly, helpful, and professional. Thanks for making our trip to ZhuHai so pleasant and memorable!
Friendly and professional staff is a indication of good management. I can see great success of the hotel. It also offers really good value for the room price. We had a truly five-star experience at the hotel.

The location is satisfactory since we specifically chose this hotel due to its proximity to the Chimelong circus show. It takes approximately 8 minutes by car to travel from our hostel to the circus, which is quite convenient. The room itself is decent. Instead of a traditional TV, they utilize a projector, which adds a unique touch. There is a large window in the room; however, it faces a large construction site. Surprisingly, despite its proximity, the noise level is minimal, likely due to the Chinese New Year holiday when the workers are still on break. Will heading to our hostel, our DiDi driver claimed that this hostel is the finest in the entire area. Situated in a charming little village adorned with hostels, restaurants, and convenient stores, this location buzzes with activity, particularly during the evenings when diners flock to the various eateries. As you enter the village, you'll be greeted by an inviting open basketball court encircled by delightful restaurants. Engaging scenes unfold as kids joyfully play ball while others revel in the excitement of fireworks. For those interested, a wide array of fireworks can be purchased from nearby stores. Adding to the appeal, the restaurants in this area offer affordable dining options, making them an attractive choice when compared to other establishments in the Chimelong region.
