The palace can’t be expressed in words. You have to spend to experience it. The stay started with a royal welcome and classic Rajasthani dhol. The place has lots of activities - kite flying, cookie making, feather hunt, palace tour, etc to keep you engaged for the evening. If you have booked Umaid Bhawan, just forget the city and enjoy the palace. The palace is an ideal location for capturing photos both during day and night. Food is awesome. Chef Shobhit Karan had manager Sangram Singh really made our stay memorable with their servings and service. It is heavy on the pocket, but worth it. Cons - at these prices, Taj palaces should offer complementary pickup / drop from airport/railway station, for which they charge extra.

Sublime hotel- incredible architecture, staff, restaurant and setting. My friends and I are ready to move in. The spa/wellness/yoga director and therapists are particularly amazing and it was an unexpected joy to have such great treatments that I ended up going twice in two days. The compound is a brilliant restoration and repairs of an antique javelin with gorgeous modern contextual pieces and gardens woven into it. The views from the rooms and the rooftop restaurants feature the rock hewn fort above and the bright blue plaster houses of the old city. The adjacent restored stepwell ( fronted by the hotel’s casual stepwell cafe) is a monument to 18th ingenuity and design- Escher would be proud.

The interior is beautiful and nice, which you wouldn't expect from the quiet, inconspicuous exterior. (The entrance is up a narrow, rather steep slope, so it may not be suitable for people with walking problems.) And anyway, the location is great in the middle of the Blue City, and the night view from the rooftop restaurant and the music were all great!! There is an elevator, a hair dryer, a fan in the bathroom, and the shower water pressure and temperature were so comfortable that you wouldn't think you were in India. The Rajasthan crafts selection in the shop on the first floor was also great, and the prices were much cheaper than buying them at a souvenir shop, so I recommend it♪ The hotel owners were also very kind and nice. This quality at this price, I definitely recommend it ^_^

Right at the foothill of umaid bhawan museum, you could literally walk up to the palace . The whole aesthetic of the house was beautiful.. as soon as we entered the property it felt like home. The staff were helping. The highlight was the rooftop .. amazing view of umaid bhawan, literally spent most of my time there since the weather was amazing .. had candle night dinner with light music 🎵 and beautiful view. The only downside was internet which was not consistent. Hope they work on it soon. Else food was good , can add fresh juices instead of canned and more fresh fruit options. Rooms and the whole property was spotless and will give 10/10 for that.

A hotel with an old-fashioned aristocratic fan, the hotel environment is quiet, the service staff is warm and courteous, the room facilities are a bit old-fashioned, foreign tourists are mostly not from India. Breakfast can be ordered a la carte, overall I feel the hotel location is a bit biased, fortunately, taxi is convenient.

Found the report online and turned out to be super good. Location is a bit outside of the city, but public transportation is very convenient. The only complaint is the floor of the room, which was chilly as there is no floor tiles. Food was super tasty and the staff was very welcoming.

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. WORST EVER EXPERIENCE WITH STAFF & MANAGEMENT of this HOTEL. I had booked two Superior Class Rooms in this Hotel for my family(incl. Sr. Citizen Parents, 1.5 and 5 year old kids) through Goibibo website on 9th Nov, 2023 and got booking confirmation on same day. Duration of Stay was between 28th & 29th Nov. I was travelling from Jaipur to Jodhpur on 28th Nov and I called to this Hotel at around 12:30 PM to inform that I am travelling and will check in late evening and the receptionist said OK. We reached at Hotel Reception around 8:30 PM in and told receptionist about my booking, he said rooms will be ready in 10 minutes and asked us to wait. After few minutes, another staff member came there and he informed us that due to some electricity issue rooms are not available at their Hotel and they have made rooms available at another Hotel(Named as Megh Niwas or Clarks Inn) which is 1 to 1.5 km away. We then moved to that Hotel with Staff but noticed that Hotel was located in very small lanes and which was 3 km away and not on highway location like City Square. The Manager of Citi Square By Keymagic Hotel was already present at that other Hotel. He told us that due to some Technical Issues they are shifting all their guest to this Hotel which is Heritage Property and Rooms are of similar or higher category than those booked by me in their Hotel. After looking at the rooms in this Hotel, I felt that we are cheated by Staffs of City Square. Rooms were not cleaned, there was no ventilation inside room, some kind of bad smell was coming from rooms as it seems those were NOT Cleaned for several months.(See the attached photos clicked in Bathrooms) I told Manager of Hotel City Square that we did not like rooms and we want rooms in their Hotel itself. He denied saying he can not give rooms in City Square as no room available there and can not help us. It was around 9:45 pm in clock and I then called customer care of Goibibo to informed them hardships faced by me and my family. I informed Goibibo representative that Staff Members of Hotel City Square lied with me several times and did not keep their commitments towards customer. I asked the representative to contact manager of Hotel and request to make room available at City Square only but again Manager did not agree. Then I told Goibibo representative that I can stay in Hotel Megh Niwas on condition that Hotel City Square should refund 50% of amount paid by me as compensation because quality of rooms in that Hotel was below average. But this proposal was also rejected by Manager of the City Square. As I was with family and kids and it was already 10:30 pm I did not want to do follow up more and hence told Goibibo that I will check in Hotel Megh Niwas. I moved towards reception area of the Hotel for check in & suddenly Manager of City Square told me that I CAN'T CHECK-IN now as my booking has been cancelled by them. I was shocked to hear it. The room is quite big and quite distinctive. At the time of check-out, a waiter came to carry the baggage and check the room. In front of me, I ordered every item I spent, and then asked me to go out and lock the door. The hotel in front of the hotel in India was very good. That is, this operation made me drunk. Also, there is a waiter who picks up the station, can't speak English, we find him, he also confirms to confirm, big night, really pretty SB, hehe. There are a lot of people practicing yoga at 7:00 in the morning.
