The stay was very comfortable and pleasant. Ms aishwarya made sure that we got everything on time. We had mistakenly left our documents in the hotel. She called us and informed us promptly, keeping our documents safely till our arrival. We were so grateful for her kind gesture. We re-checked into the hotel. Breakfast was delicious too. Overall excellent service. Clean and hygienic rooms. Ac works perfectly well. Staff is very helpful. Would highly recommend this hotel. 5/5.

I had a very satisfactory stay in this hotel. The room was spacious with a big double-sized bed, ample seating arrangements, and a writing table. The bed was just hard enough. The bathroom was good. The two restaurants were good. One served breakfast, the other Ruposhi Bangla lunch & dinner. The breakfast had quite extensive menu of Indian fare. The dishes were a bit repetitive. The doors, both the main & the bathroom, were very heavy & difficult to open. The hotel staff were great.

Best for weekend vacation.staffs are very helpful.The food was very tasty. Their behaviour to us was like family and not guests.It was a lovely experience. The property is well maintained, neat and tidy. You get amazing view of the lack from the room is amazing. Here we got pool, boating,and ***y more other.happy the visit Creek Club.

If you're in Kolkata to enjoy the romantic ambiance of a city with real soul, this place is the right establishment, in the right location and has more than reasonable prices. Immaculately kept rooms, helpful but unassuming staff and some lovely little touches (particularly loved the old books and pictures of grandad and great grand dad in the reception) make this a place a real jewel and a nice surprise to end our trip to India with. If you suspect Im exagerating, do yourself a favor and take a chance on it. You'll be glad you did.

I am a little surprised to see negative reviews for this hotel , yes the rooms are a little dated but they were clean and functional and the beds in both rooms I stayed in for a total of 7 nights were very comfortable . The service was super , I did not need to call more than once for anything . The decor is tasteful , very impressed with the photo frames in rooms that depict life in Kolkata . The location is just next to the vibrant Gariahat market , 6 kms away from park Street and there are some really nice eating places located near the hotel . I also ordered via food delivery apps a few nights , the hotel did not have an issue with that . Parking space is restricted though . I am sure the ***agement will renovate rooms in the coming time , I think the hotel is a great choice for this part of Kolkata and cost effective too

Property point of view it is very near to the airport. As it is beside the jessore road town buses, taxis, autos, totos everything is available just infront of the gate what to say about the delicious food! very very tasty and higenic. Room service is excellent. The hotel boys are always ready to serve. Within no time they reach and ask what you want sir. That's why my opinion is that it is an excellent hotel in kolkata

Rooms were small but clean. Howey, the entry to the bathroom was very low and with my height of 5'8” i banged my head. Anyone taller will be at great risk. Shukla ji looked after well with my f&b requirements. The complimentary breakfast was served in the room, with fixed choices, but the quality was good. The only issue was being asked to wait after check out, to check the room first. Other than towel and ac remote (tv remote was missing) and bathroom mug there was no item which could be taken away. This was rather stupid and not in good taste.
