The room is clean and hygienic. It's quite close to the airport. There is a free airport shuttle, which is suitable for morning and evening transfers.

The room and breakfast are good, but the pick-up bus is unreliable. The front desk said that the shuttle bus would come in five minutes, we stood in the cold wind and waited for more than half an hour, but nothing came!

They took my deposit and told me I’d get it back, but on the day I was supposed to receive it, they mentioned something about towels. They kept giving me the runaround, and when I called the front desk, they wouldn’t even answer the phone and kept hanging up on me.

In a sentence: Do not book this hotel. Rooms have an odor same with the hallways and the elevator. In a word unclean! We asked to view the room before checking in. Furniture was old and falling apart. The clerk was nice and knew exactly what was about to happen.

When life hands you an 8-hour layover, the Quality Inn hands you a nap, a shower, and WiFi that streams your favorite shows without buffering. Clean room? Check. Fast WiFi? Double check. Price that doesn't make you cringe? Triple check. The free airport shuttle is a lifesaver, but if you're planning a midnight arrival, prepare to Uber it. If you want a clean, safe, and surprisingly delightful layover experience, book the Quality Inn Atlanta Airport Central. Because who says layovers can't be comfortable?

The pillows are terrible, they’re sofa pillows. The carpet is dirty and dingy and the day staff is terrible, we wanted to play dominoes and we explained that the night staff let us play in the cafeteria but they said that they wouldn’t do it today.

LAST JUNE 2026 I wrote the following review, to which I must add something very important at the end: June 18, 2023 (Waterloo Day) was my first stay at the QUALITY INN ATLANTA AIRPORT CENTRAL. UNLIKE their cousins from Quality Atlanta Airport South, where they do not respect CHOICE HOTELS RULES concerning elite GOLD members, at this Quality Atlanta Airport CENTRAL, YES, they respect all the rules here. To begin with, they checked me in before 12 noon instead of 3 pm, which is one of our privileges: “Complimentary early check in”. Second, they gave me a “Complimentary upgrade”, which is another of Choice Hotels promises for GOLD members and they put me in an OUTSTANDING SUITE 324. Although there is no division like in my usual suites at Mercure Sao Paulo or Sheraton Four Points in Montevideo, the room is HUGE and it has two windows, unlike the false “suites” of the “Comfort Suites”, where there is only one window. A real suite has two windows, like this one. Finally, they also gave me a “Complimentary late check out”, which is also one of the privileges of Choice members. Although I have been going to the other Quality, the South one, since 2010, they have never had any of these attentions with me and they have always kicked me out at 11 am because they never respect Choice rules towards elite members, none of them. That is why they will never see me again and, from now on, THIS AIRPORT CENTRAL will be my choice mainly because of the staff and because of huge suite 324. Yes, this place is in the middle of nowhere and, with the exception of a Ruby Tuesday across the street (behind which there is a Sleep Inn where I stayed 13 years ago, in August 2010, and which is still there), that is all you will get around here. You will see NOT a single restaurant other than this one, NOT a grocery, NOT even a gas station where you could buy a bottle of water. HOWEVER, they have a free AIRPORT SHUTTLE that runs every half hour. In June 2023, they passed by the airport at + 15 and + 45. On the other hand, if you just walk a couple of blocks and go under the freeway, you will see a BUS STOP on each side of Best Road (right at the corner of Sullivan Rd.), where you can take BUS 89 to COLLEGE PARK, where you can take MARTA train to go downtown Atlanta or to the airport. And, right across, there is another stop where the same bus 89 will take you along the “Old National Highway” to a Walmart center with several restaurants in about 20 minutes. The only PROBLEM is that, at $10 for a day pass that you can only buy at a train station, MARTA transportation is OUTRAGEOUSLY EXPENSIVE compared to Las Vegas, Phoenix or Tampa, where you can buy the pass right on the bus without any need to buy a “BREEZE” card and spend extra money like in Atlanta! All in all, I am very satisfied and will return to this QUALITY INN ATLANTA AIRPORT CENTRAL on my next trip to Atlanta. THAT WAS last June. BUT NOW, September 2023, I must add this: I was planning to return t

This hotel was not what we expected. The shuttle that was supposed to pick us up from the airport took 1 hour and a half, when he finally showed up he said he was there, but he didn't say Quality Inn and the shuttle didn't have it on the bus. We get to the hotel and asked if the shuttle can take us to the airport at 4 (our flight leaves at 6) the front desk said it doesn't run until 5. Then said breakfast is at 6 WOW. The rooms DO NOT look like the pictures not luxurious at all. Lights kept blinking from the lamp, outlets didn't work. So we asked for another room. AGAIN DO NOT GO TO THIS QUALITY INN. My daughter and I were very disappointed.
