I don't know how to describe the hotel over there. Looking at the pictures are all good. They are all very good. Actually, this may not be the case, which makes people disappointed. Hope to book a better one next time

Good location and great staff. They take proper care of you and are available to answer any queries 24/7. A certain gentle*** by the name of Charan Singh did a great housekeeping job on my unit. Polite, professional and courteous. The ***agers are accommodating to any personal requests made within reason and are always professional and hospitable. Thank you Park Inn.

Fairlie Hotels & Resorts

We had an experience at Fairlie Hotel Delhi at celebrate our son's engagement , a party of almost 300 people.. also we stayed at the hotel for 2 nights booking all 37 rooms. We are thankful to Fairlie and team to make our event a success! The party went out well , the food and decoration was taken care of well. though we were committed that the music can go on until 3am, but at the time of the party they asked us to close down at 12, which was really upsetting ! The hotel is bit run down now, definitely needs a refurbishment. I would suggest that the service levels can improve a bit ... Hotel GM is a great person, but could have been more humble , same with the sales staff.. They should be more trained to serve guests rather than shouting or saying words like ”you are lying” . we were disappointed to hear such a behavior from hospitality industry. Also we felt that there was miscommunication between staff, as things agreed and committed to us were not serviced correctly , example we had strict instructions not to charge our guests anything but still the hotel staff took breakfast monies from our international guests.
