Awesome stay experience. I love all the staff treat the guess. The kitchen staff were superb. The food was amaaaazing. Love to come back here in the future.

Location in Very crowded noisy area, no view from room. Service is good.

Loved this hotel. Rooms were kept clean, beds were comfy and staff were very helpful. The hotel has a great pool area, stunning view from the gym and a sauna. Didn’t make use of the spa facilities and didn’t eat in the hotel much (1 breakfast and 1 lunch).

The room clearly smelled musty, and they said that the customer was smoking in the room. We ignored the matter and then they accused us of smoking. We should have complained in advance and should not have tolerated it!

The experience is as good as always. It is probably the best hotel in Dhaka, Bangladesh. I have never been able to book Sheraton, but this one should be the best in terms of price/performance ratio.

The hotel service is very good. I would like to especially thank a girl in the breakfast room. She kept the money we accidentally lost, found us to confirm it at breakfast the next day, and then gave us the money on the day we left. Thank you so much 😊 Thanks to the breakfast manager Simizan

The service in the restaurant needs to be improved, but the breakfast bread was a bit hard and not hot.

The environment is quite good, the speed is quite good, much better than many domestic five-star hotels, and Renaissance has the best service at home and abroad so far, which forms a sharp contrast with their home

The overall environment is okay, but there is still a gap with other five-star hotels such as Pan Pacific, for example, there is no need for a nail clipper! The food is also not rich enough.

It was still fine. This was my 2nd visit and it was good. Clean and good service ^^ Be sure to have breakfast. It's really okay. The price was a bit expensive, but it was good. The location is also good, and I am mostly satisfied with the hotel.
