Great hotel, with a great location in the main town. Easy to walk to everything. Clean and spacious room and great spa facilities! Would definitely stay again

The best possible location in Gdansk. If you are lucky to have a sunny weather, you can have a city break and beach holiday (rooftop pool) for the price of one! The rooms were clean and the breakfast tasty, including chocolate fountain and sparkling wine. The view from the rooftop bar was good and their drinks selection is large.

I could enjoy nothing with the view. It was different what I expected. Dirty bathrobes, and maybe reused paper cup, and even didnt change towel fully, one was on the handle. Bathrobes were mess as you can see in the picture. I was wondering if someone didn't finish cleaning and forgot. And the most shocking thing was dirty paper cup, there were coffee marks on leads. I stayed here for 2 nights and found this cleaning situation late time so I didn't call the reception. But when I told the receptionists with checking out, they apologized and offered free taxi ride to central station. But seriously this hotel should improve the cleaning services.

Pros: Great location, less than 30 seconds on foot to Long Market. Cons: - There's some road construction, the Uber we took from the airport to hotel can't find way to hotel therefore he took several rides around, trying to find a way and in the end, we need to carry our luggage for few hundred meters on cobble stone road. - The checkout time, according to the receptionist, is 11:00, not 12:00 as on Trip.com - Since Uber driver can't find the right way to hotel, we asked the receptionist to call a taxi. She called a car (not sure if it's a taxi since there's no meter) and when we reached the train station (2 km away), the driver asked 35 zl for a trip on Uber cost 15 zl.

Family holiday trip, staying at this hotel in Gdansk, this is a city center location, just on Amber Street, right outside, it is not far from all attractions, there is bottled water, no phone in the room, no kettle and coffee Machine, as you can freely enjoy tea or coffee with your room card in the lobby. The room is also good. Our room is an interior view room, the lobby lights are bright, the room has blackout curtains, and the breakfast is also good for me. Although not as good as a domestic four-star hotel, it was quite good during our trip. If there is a chance to go to Poland, this place is pretty good

The room is quite large, the window is opened facing the canal, the scenery is very good, the old town is fun, the shopping on Amber Street is all around, and there are many restaurants with special decoration nearby. The location is first-rate; the night train to Gdansk was very early, and I was worried about what to do if I could not check in. We asked the hotel to call us a taxi to the airport for 93 zloty and asked the driver why the price is so expensive. He even said that the hotel's car was a bite, regardless of the price. After midnight the water machine didn't work, we had to go to floor number 2 to be able to drink. Good bathroom. The food in the restaurant is pretty good, the service a bit weak Otherwise the bed was pretty good.

The house is very small, the breakfast is very rich, the location is very close to the old town, it is very convenient to go to the main scenic spot, the price is very general. The front desk service was warm and the room was clean.

The hotel is located right opposite to the Gdansk Main Station, so it is convenient for those who need to catch a train. The staff was nice and polite. The breakfast offers a limited variety of food and drinks. The single bed and pillow are quite small. There is also no free dental kits provided, and those who forgot to bring a toothbrush and toothpaste would have to pay for that at the hotel's store. There is a gym in the hotel but cannot be accessed with your own room card and requires customers to obtain another access card from the front desk, which is a rather abnormal arrangement. The hotel is around 10 to 15 minutes walk to the Old Town.
