Excellent stay. Convenient, clean, and friendly place.

The hotel is conveniently located and very convenient for visiting Hangzhou. The room is relatively large and clean. The bedding is Atour's own bedding, which is very comfortable. The breakfast is very rich. Overall it is very good and worth recommending.

Checking in to the hotel was a very good experience. The hotel is in a good location, the service attitude is very enthusiastic, they helped with the luggage and solved all the problems we had during our stay. It was really a very good stay experience hahahahahahahahahahahahaha

I was very satisfied with the hotel room. The breakfast was very rich. The hotel staff was also very enthusiastic and had a very good service attitude. They also gave us free breakfast. It is really worth recommending.

First of all, let me talk about the hotel's traffic environment: the hotel is in an alley, and the car cannot drive in. You can only park on the side of the road and then walk nearly 200 meters. There is construction downstairs in the hotel. Look at the scene at night, isn't it scary? See Figure 1. Secondly, I went to the hotel front desk to check in at 12:30 noon. I was told that the room was fully booked the night before and now the room has just been vacated. I was asked to wait for a while. I waited in the lobby. During this time, the waiter didn't even pour a glass of water. When my two takeaways were delivered, I started to eat lunch. Halfway through, a big sister came downstairs, and then the front desk poured water for the big sister and poured me a glass of water by the way. There was no sense of service, and no respect for customers. They could make customers wait for more than half an hour without even pouring a glass of water. When I finished eating the takeaway, I hadn't arranged a room for me. I had to urge the front desk, and the front desk slowly helped me check in. See Figure 2. Then in the evening, a takeaway arrived for me. I was anxious to go out. I called the front desk to ask if the takeaway robot had delivered it. If not, I would come down to get it. The waiter said that the robot had been delivered and was on the way. I waited in the room. After waiting for a long time, the robot didn't come, so I went to the elevator to wait for the robot. I waited for the robot, but the robot went down from the upper floor. I thought the things were still at the front desk, so I followed the robot down. Oh my god, when I got to the front desk, the front desk told me that the waiter had delivered it. At this time, I had already called a taxi, and the driver was cursing on the phone. Then I took the elevator upstairs to get my takeaway. Who can do this? Deceiving customers that the robot has delivered it upstairs, but it hasn't been delivered yet. Let's talk about the room. The window is facing the air conditioner box. The whole wall is full of air conditioner boxes. It's so noisy. This is the first time I write a long complaint. I have never seen such a speechless hotel. When I checked in, I asked the front desk if the room was noisy. The front desk said it was not noisy, and then there was a drilling machine drilling the ground early in the morning. See Figure 3. My room includes breakfast, and the front desk did not tell me which floor the breakfast is on. I still ran to the front desk in the morning to ask where to eat. It was a very bad check-in experience.

Every time I come to Hangzhou for business, I stay at Hangzhou Huanglong Vanke Atour. It has a high cost-effectiveness, a good environment, free drinks in the minibar, a very clean and spacious room, comfortable bedding, good sound insulation, and a very comfortable sleep at night.

Atour Hotel is really good. Clean and sanitary. Comfortable bed and pillow. Good service. Snacks are also available. It is relatively quiet at night. Although the price is a little more expensive than similar hotels, it is really comfortable.

It's very comfortable to live here. The bathroom, toilet, basin, bed, pillow, desk are all good. The breakfast is also good. I eat a full meal every day before going out. I will stay at Atour Hotel again if I have the chance.

The location is very close to the West Lake. Parking is free for those coming from other provinces. It is very convenient to go to surrounding attractions. The service is very good.
