Best Four Star Hotels in Hefei

The hotel is in a good location near San Xiao Kou MRT. So we took the bus from hefei airport to Sanxiaokou, walked about 6-700 meters and reached the hotel. Breakfast was also good. I love Chinese food but still have sausages and fried potatoes. The vegetable menu is super delicious especially the tomatoes. The receptionists are nice in general but they do not speak English at all and seem not to really understand what you are trying to say. So, travelling with someone who can speak Chinese would make a better experience in Hefei. The room has all necessary amenities. Shampoo, Conditioners and soap are Treseme. Has hair dryer, towel, room shoes, 2 bottles of water. If I come back to Hefei, I will book this hotel again.

The hotel has its own parking lot and is very large. The beauty at the front desk was very kind, the room was a bit noisy, replaced in time, sent the card to the door, very intimate! Toiletries are not disposable bargains, good quality, conscience merchants.

This is the 2nd Hilton Hampton we stayed within a week. The previous Hampton in Yangzhou is way better than this one. It is a disappointment to be honest. Glad that we only stayed one night. Everything looks old and outdated. Strange for a hotel of just a few years old. The airco in the hallway doesn’t work which is really warm and fluffy. Breakfast is less good and the restaurant has very small windows. Our room has no view whatsoever and the windows are dirty. The bed is smaller as well.

The room I stayed in was great, with plenty of sunshine, the front desk service was very enthusiastic, everything in the room was very clean and sanitary, and the lighting was also controlled at the bedside. The washing machine and refrigerator in the room were very practical, and the microwave was very convenient. There is an Italian restaurant and parking lot downstairs, and there is a small river. Opposite is a small park, which is very quiet. There are food commercial centers around, and there are many large and small restaurants around the hotel. There is a large shopping mall and Swan Lake Park one kilometer away. It is worth recommending!

The front desk service attitude was very good. They extended our check-out to 4 o'clock and upgraded our room type. The room was large, well-planned, and clean. The only suggestion was that the hair dryer could be replaced with a new one with strong wind. My friend didn't bring makeup remover, and the front desk provided makeup remover wipes. It was really thoughtful and considerate. I will stay here again next time!

I came to Hefei on a business trip and chose to stay in this hotel. The surrounding transportation is very convenient. It is very close to Metro Line 5 and parking is also very convenient. Behind the hotel is the Ring River and opposite is the Xishan Scenic Area, which is suitable for a walk in the morning. The hotel is an old hotel. Although the facilities and equipment are a little old, the room is clean and sanitary, and the service attitude is good. I will stay here again next time I come to Hefei

The overall experience is great; but one glitch is breakfast, I booked a room for 2, but only get breakfast for one person.

It locates near the lake, so there's awesome and gorgeous view. I can see very beautiful lake on the balcony in my room. There are several big hotels around the lake. This Novotel has the best lake view. The distance to the Chaohu Lake is not far. Renting a car is the best choice. This location is nearly the edge of service areas of the shared electric bicycles. There are many merchants near this Novotel. It's very convenient to buy food and daily supplies. It's really an unforgettable travel. Next time I would select this Novotel again.

The hotel is relatively new and the surrounding environment is very good. There is a lake outside, and the green scenery by the lake is very beautiful. It is designed in the style of Hui style gardens. This time, I also saw cherry blossoms, but they were about to fall, which was also very beautiful. Breakfast is 29 yuan per person, very Anhui special. Xiaolongbao, tofu brain, beef pie, etc. For an Anhui person like me who has lived in other places for many years, this breakfast makes up for the homesickness in taste. Worth recommending!

The location of the hotel is very good, close to the walking street with lots of shops and eateries. There is also a convenient store just next to the hotel. Free oranges and drinks are available at the reception. The room is quite clean even if it is not new with good bathroom and toilet. The billows and beds are comfortable.
