Excellent hotel with covenient location in Hohhot, nearby tour spots and walking distance from big malls. Food is excellent and the rooms are very comfortable

Stayed at the Shangri-La Hotel during a transfer flight. The room's facilities are very outdated and in need of renovation. Not recommend it for business travelers. Additionally, some hotels in China require a 2000 CNY deposit without prior notice, which should be stated on booking websites.

It is always nice to stay in shangri la. Walking distance to shopping malls and park.

Honestly hotel is so dam , looks is best but I was expecting something luxurious but it’s not at all! It’s very normal hotel ! Don’t expect much about this hotel

Overall experience is good. Recepction, luggage pick up red clothing men’s were an average service they didn’t know English. So there were problems for communication.

Hotel is in very central location and very close to the tourism hot spots, very convenient. Although the hotel is rather old, all facilities are functional and still at the highest standard, a large gym with wide range of equipments and a large yoga studio. I didn't use the poole but it looks very nice. Front desk manager Carrie Guo was very helpful. I had an evening flight and she helped me extend my stay to 3PM with no problem. Breakfast is pretty good, many options to choose from. The local cuisines include Mongolian milk tea, steamed "Shaomai"& Mongolian cheese sticks etc. Very nice! There are also free of charge Mongolian traditional dresses to try on and use for photographies, a bonus point for me! I would definitely recommend it to other fellow travellers.

Staff can not speak english, that was difficult

I loved your service and comfort it really good. I stayed with my kids and pool playground it was great. The pool and sauna was so clean. The room cleaning was excellent and it gave us so much comfort. I want to say thanks for 2 women from room service that came in may 3rd. lt was really nice for staying in your hotel.
