The executive room is exceptionally clean. It smells good too. Location is convenient as well only 5 mins from MTR station. It has a laundry room on the 2nd floor which free of charge. But you will need to buy detergent at front desk or prepared by yourself. Highly recommended!

After two weeks in mainland China we were disappointed not only by the lack of amenities at the hotel but also the service. Unfortunately the Hong Kong government no longer permits bottles of water - however this still doesn’t mean the hotel couldn’t provide bottles of boxed water or be a little more creative with its solutions.  In the room itself we had two small towels- no additional towels for hand, and no face towels. The shower curtain is material and a little old / gross. What was most surprising was the service. Checking in at 8pm on a Friday evening we asked for a recommendation for a spot to eat in the area. She assured us multiple times we would find absolutely nothing open except for McDonald’s. For a hotel of this quality we were surprised by the lack of any knowledge whatsoever by the staff, but also a little disgusted by the recommendation.  If you want a better impression of Hong Kong I would advise looking elsewhere.

We had a great stay at the hotel! The location was fantastic, making it easy to explore the area. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the bathroom was very spacious. Overall, we were very pleased with our experience!

The location is very convenient for tourists. It’s very close to the MTR, Tram, and Macau Ferry. There are plenty of cool restaurants in the area, particularly Samsen which is on the same block. The room is also very pleasant

The service attitude of the waiters in this hotel is very good, but unfortunately the beds are too small. If one person sleeps on two beds, it feels like he can roll off.

It is about a 2-minute walk from Sheung Wan MTR Station. It is very convenient for tourists. The overall space of the room is very bright and not too small. The service attitude of the hotel staff is also very good. The price is not too expensive. It is considered a good hotel. The only drawback of an accommodation with a high CP value is that you don't have to pay for water and slippers. Fortunately, a 500ml bottle of water sells for HKD 3, which is cheaper than outside, so you can still buy it from the hotel.

Very good, with a refrigerator and microwave, lived here for a month, convenient location, there is a popular Thai restaurant downstairs, there is a laundry room, the room is cleaned every day, the front desk lady is very enthusiastic ❤️
