是Houston Downtown區域服務第二好的酒店了。體量比較mini。但中國人住慣了中國的四五星酒店，這兒就不好了，距離摩根士丹利、摩根大通幾步路。另外，該區域幾個萬豪酒店門廳看起來很lowser。下次來Houston衹住四季酒店。

It is the second best hotel in the Houston Downtown area. The volume is relatively mini. But the Chinese are used to living in four- and five-star hotels in China, so this place is not good. It is a few steps away from Morgan Stanley and JPMorgan Chase. Also, several Marriott hotel foyers in the area look very lowser. The next time I come to Houston, I will only stay at the Four Seasons Hotel.

We stayed at the Lancaster in September 2022. It’s a great hotel with comfy rooms and delicious breakfast. The real gem of this hotel is the staff. They are all so friendly, personable and professional. Renee was the member of staff who stood out. She went above and beyond to make sure that our stay was a comfortable and happy one, especially when we caught covid and had to quarantine. She kept checking up on us, always making sure we had all we needed.  The hotel is in a central location, right in the middle of the theatre district and right by lots of offices. Would recommend for either business or leisure breaks.

To summarize, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Lancaster Hotel in Houston. They offer wonderful amenities, excellent continental breakfast, and premier service. The hotel is located in the theater district, with great access to commercial businesses and restaurants. The Bayou trail is only a few blocks a way offering a great place to run, walk, or bike. My room was clean, bright, and welcoming (via a hand written note!). My sink plug stopped working and upon telling the front desk, they sent maintenance immediately. Definitely will stay again if I am in the area!

Matthew, our valet, was very professional, helpful and so friendly. We had a great conversation and found out we have ties to our hometown.  Truly enjoyed our visit with him. This was definitely a Great first impression for this hotel!
