Staybridge Suites Hotels in Houston

Got into the facilities pretty quick do remember there is a very sharp right to get into the hotel or you will have to drive around and make a u turn on the freeway to come back around.

I am active duty military and travel a lot. I am currently staying at this hotel now and I could not wait to review! BY FAR, THE BEST IHG Hotel we have ever stayed at. First, it’s a combo concept meaning Staybridge Suites AND a Holiday Inn Express.. not sure how they pulled that off, but they did, AND ITS WORKS! The parking garage ($22 a night but well worth it) is absolutely safe, lit up, secured and lots of spaces. Your room key gets u in and out and the spaces r big. 14 Story Hotel OK this phone is clean and spacious. The lobby is open in and easy to access. The bar/restaurant area is perfect as well. Lastly, the BREAKFAST is THE BEST! They serve everything but on a bigger scale and they don’t run out of coffee. We will stay here AGAIN!

We stayed at this hotel at the end of March for 8 nights visiting from the UK. I would recommend this hotel to anyone for leisure or business. It is well situated for the Energy Corridor and is close to Memorial Drive and I-10 freeway. The staff were all excellent - reception, housekeeping and catering. Very friendly and helpful. Anyone on reception always greeted you when you came in or left the hotel. The room was spacious and had lots of amenities including microwave, dishwasher and fridge freezer. The breakfast was very good with a big choice and it varied in terms of the cooked offering every day. The staff constantly replenished things so the food was always fresh. The pool area was well maintained, quiet and relaxing. The hotel also had a laundry area with no surcharge and a small gym area. The hotel is obviously very well managed and the staff seemed to all be well trained and eager to help. We visit Houston regularly and will definitely book in here the next time we visit.

We stayed one night pre-cruise. The shuttle arrived quickly to the airport to pick us up. Check in was a breeze and Anakaren was extremely pleasant and helpful. She greeted us with a smile and a good ole Texas welcome!! Anthony was helpful as well and provided us with some complimentary toiletries for the night. The breakfast was delicious and had a good variety of items. The lady who was working at the breakfast area was very hard working. The suite was clean and bed was comfortable. We would definitely stay again!

WHEN YOU THINK OF HOTEL EXPERIENCE, THE FIRST THING YOU THINK OF IS CHECK-IN AND THE FRONT DESK. THAT'S WHERE IT STARTS AND ENDS. THE PRICE ISN'T TOO HIGH DUE TO ALL THE AMNETIES, HOWEVER, DO NOT BOOK DAY TO DAY AND BEWARE OF THE PET FEES. IF YOU BOOK A DAY AT A TIME, YOU WILL HAVE TO ALWAYS PAY AN INCENTIVE FEE. IF YOU ARE LIKE ME, WHO IS SOMEONE TRYING TO GET BACK ON THEIR FEET AND THIS IS YOUR TEMPORARY HOME, IT MIGHT NOT BE THE CHOICE FOR YOU. IF YOU HAVE PETS, THEY HAVE A LITTLE DOG PARK AND WELCOMING OF PETS. THE GOOD: MARC AT THE FRONT DESK IS WONDERFUL. HE WORKS SO HARD TO MAKE SURE EVERYONE'S EXPERIENCE IS THE BEST AND IS UNDERSTANDING OF SITUATIONS. I WILL SAY THAT HIM AND FRANCISCO ARE THE ONLY ONES THAT ARE WELCOMING AND EASY TO APPROACH. MY HUSBAND HAD AN EMERGENCY AND WE HAD TO PAY A LITTLE LATE AND THE MANAGEMENT TEAM DECIDED TO KICK MYSELF, MY SPOUSE, AND MY TWO LITTLE DOGS OUT ON THE STREET (LITERALLY). WE HAVE NO VEHICLE AND THIS WAS OUR PLACE TO STAY. MANAGEMENT HAD THE SHERRIF CALLED TO OUR PLACE! WE AREN'T CRIMINALS, WE ARE LAW ABIDING CITIZENS AND WE ARE DOING THE BEST WE CAN TO SURVIVE. I UNDERSTAND BUSINESS AND I UNDERSTAND HOTEL RULES, BUT IT WASN'T A REOCCURING EVENT AND WASN'T GOING TO BE. THEY DID NOT CARE. IT WAS THE WORST DAY OF MY LIFE. WE HAD TO SLEEP OUTSIDE THAT NIGHT. OTHER THAN THAT, FREE LAUNDRY, BREAKFAST, AND SOCIAL HOUR ARE ALL GREAT AMENTIEIS. BE PREPARED TO PAY FOR THOSE. IF YOU WORK IN HOSPITALITY, BE HOSPITABLE. WE ARE ALL HUMAN AND MISTAKES HAPPEN.

We have been coming to Houston for medical treatment at MD Anderson we have spent many days here and the last time stayed at Staybridge westchase we loved it but this time we wanted to be closer to medical center. Not disappointed the staff here is great the rooms are clean and comfortable. The morning breakfast is good and the evening social hour is fun.The shuttle service is very handy.Also special thanks to Chantel at the front desk she was very helpful and a great attitude thanks

Staybridge was exceptionally nice considering it was an extended stay of the highway. It was clean room was nice outside areas etc. staff was polite and helpful. I don’t know if their setup is the same for all the locations I will most definitely stay again

I was lucky enough to stay at the new Saybridge Suites with the beautiful fresh decor, with everything being lovely and modern. Breakfast was really good, with great variety, however the Social Hour was amazing. The BBQ area and Pool were very well maintained, which made for a lovely relaxing time poolside. What made my stay truly awesome were two Staff members. Richard, who checked me in and made me very welcome, and went above and beyond to ensure I was very well looked after. Jackie, Staybridge is so very lucky to have you. You definitely made my stay fantastic with your energy, smile and genuine caring nature. Thank you both so very much, I couldn't have been looked after any better. Much appre.ciated, one very happy Kiwi.
