Recently, i had the opportunity to stay at the sitara hotel and my experience was nothing if not mixed. This three-star rating symbolizes my middle-of-the-road sentiment towards the property. It had its bright spots and gray areas, thus, neither edging towards a top-tier hotel stay nor becoming an absolutely unacceptable one. Check-in was smooth. The front desk staff was attentive and welcoming. They were efficient, handling my registration quickly and professionally. This first impression seemed promising, painting the picture of a hotel capable of delivering quality service. The room, while decently furnished and clean, did not exude any particular warmth or charm. It was functional, adequately spacious, with a working desk, flat-screen television, and a closet. However, the space lacked some personality, the kind of inviting aura one expects when walking into a room after a long day of travel. Cleanliness was up to par, though not meticulous. The surfaces were dusted and the bathroom was sufficiently clean with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries. However, the carpets seemed a bit worn and could do with a deep clean or perhaps an update. The room was serviced daily but still, a few more attention-to-detail cleaning would make a significant difference. One major issue that dampened my overall stay was the bed. Unfortunately, the bed cushion was uncomfortable, to say the least. It was too firm for my liking and made for an uneasy sleep experience during my stay. A comfortable bed is crucial to any hotel experience and this is an area where sitara hotel definitely needs improvement. The hotel offered a standard array of amenities. The wi-fi was dependable and had reasonable speed, which was a plus. The on-site restaurant served an average breakfast buffet, neither particularly impressive nor disappointing. To conclude, the sitara hotel provided an adequate stay, however, it failed to surpass the realm of mediocrity. While the staff was cordial and the cleanliness adequate, the uncomfortable bed dampened the overall experience. If you are looking for a basic, no-frills place to crash for a few nights, sitara hotel might be an option. However, if comfort and a little luxury are high on your priority list, you might want to explore other options
