The hotel was in nice location and the staff were ok . The cleaning was average . They didn’t change the linnens through out our stay . The just dropped clean towels . The hotel arranged a dinner cruise which I didn’t enjoy at all . And unique experience for u pavouka restaurant . Which after waiting 35 minutes they told us hotel never made the reservation . We went back but they would not refund us the money we paid . Hotel didn’t do their job but they got the money from us . Now we’re upset and hungry and I’m so over Prague .not body want to take responsibility and don’t want to pay our money back
