What a fantastic hotel! The location is perfect - right in the centre of Inverness! We needed an early check in and the staff promptly attended our request. The bed is 5*, the washroom is also 5* level! Great experience and will definitely return on my next visit to Scotland and the Highlands!

The room was clean and had al the basic necessities. Nothing extraordinary but great value for price. Great location close to the train station and a car parking garage. Furthermore there is a lot of entertainment in the evening on the pub street in the city center.

Very clean room, comfortable bed, with lovely shower. Staff were super friendly. We got stuck with poor weather and they easily sorted out a room for an extra night. Lovely cosey bar area. Brilliant location with the train station just 5 minutes away.

The bed is big and the room is spacious. You can enjoy the beautiful view of river ness in 2-3 minutes. There is a refrigerator and a safe in the room. There is hair conditioner. I will stay here again if I have the chance.

As a newly opened hotel, the facilities are very good. But the problem is that the front desk and operation are all Indians. They are friendly but not serious about their work. First, they changed the room type without notifying me after booking. After I asked, they changed me to a lower grade than what I booked. Many facilities were gone. In the end, I had no choice but to change it back. Secondly, when I wanted to boil hot water to drink on the second day, I found that there were still moldy and hairy tea bags left by previous guests in the kettle. I don’t know how long they have been there... This means that the room service did not open it for inspection when disturbing, which was disgusting. Finally, I stayed for three consecutive days, and the daily room cleaning was also very messy. The shampoo was empty and was not changed at all. I had to go to the front desk to ask... There are many similar things, which makes living very time-consuming and laborious.

The room is in a good location and is very convenient to go anywhere, but the room is very small and the quilt is particularly uncomfortable. It is called a duvet, but it is full of lumps. There are very few places for breakfast, and you need to book a place in advance. If you leave early with the tour group, you will not have time to wait for a seat to eat.

The room size and furniture configuration are quite standard. It is across the road from the River Ness and is very close to it. There is a seafood and steak restaurant across the river after crossing the bridge. The dishes are excellent and the service attitude is very good. The restaurant of the hotel was fully booked when we checked in that night. The supervisor took the initiative to ask us what we wanted to eat and then contacted other restaurants with vacancies. The restaurant is not big and breakfast needs to be scheduled with the front desk in advance to communicate the dining time. The advantage is that it will not be crowded when dining, and the front desk will not arrange for guests who have not eaten to come in to dine if there are no vacant seats.

It's super close to the train station. I booked a day trip to the Highlands and it's also very close to the meeting place in the morning. Very good, the attitude of the front desk is also good. The sofa bed is not very comfortable. It is difficult for a family with two children to book a room. This hotel has a large bed and a sofa bed. You need to make an appointment at the front desk for breakfast, which is incomparable to the variety of breakfasts in China. The hotel gave a large box of biscuits, which is a good service.

The front desk was Indian, so the attitude towards Chinese people was not very friendly. There was a parking lot behind the hotel, but they insisted on telling me to park somewhere far away. I refused, but they finally let me park there. You need to make an appointment for breakfast because there are not many places in the breakfast room. Other things are OK, the cleanliness is also good. It is quite convenient to go out for a walk after breakfast in the center of the town.
