The hotel is very good. The suite I booked was very good. The food in the executive lounge was very delicious.

The room size is not as good as the five-star hotels in China, but the overall environment is still OK. The service is also good. It is enough to have a breakfast to try the freshness, which does not suit the Chinese stomach. The staff are very considerate. Tips are voluntary. You can't let others cricket when you go out to play. Chinese people are stingy, usually give 20-50 liras. Istanbul is very expensive, and this price is acceptable. The problem is: 1. The towels are very thin, not the thick ones, so the towels feel cheap, and 2. The mattress of the extra folding bed is not thick enough. By the way, there is a larger shopping mall 1000 meters south of here, which has a lot of food and a Salt Bae store. Just order a hamburger.

This hotel is a must-see. You need to pay a 3,000 lira deposit when checking in (to prepay for drinks in the room refrigerator). I had 150 euros in cash on me at the time, so I asked if I could use euros in cash instead of the deposit (many hotels allow this). The front desk disagreed and said I had to pay by credit card. I stayed for two nights. When I checked out, they asked me if I had consumed any drinks in the refrigerator. I said no, and the front desk said everything is okay. After returning home, I checked my bill (I couldn't find it if I didn't check it carefully, because it deducted part of the 3,000 yuan, and my CCB didn't remind me of the deduction at all, because the 3,000 yuan reminder had been given), and found that 115 liras were deducted from the 3,000 yuan. I sent an email to the front desk on the 16th to inquire about this matter, but there was no reply until the 17th. I asked Ctrip customer service to intervene and help communicate. The hotel gave Ctrip three answers three times (1. No deduction 2. I drank their soda water 3. I drank their Pepsi), and then I didn't receive their email reply until 6 pm on the 19th. They sent the bill, which said that I consumed a bottle of Pepsi. It was really a living case of covering one's ears and stealing the bell. They never expressed any apology. This is the cheapest five-star luxury hotel with a nightly rate of over 1k. It is Sheraton under Marriott. Beware. I think this is not the first time they have done this. If they really want a deposit, why can't they pay in cash? I sincerely hope that Ctrip's algorithm will stop pushing it, so as not to affect Ctrip's reputation. Finally, I have to say that Ctrip's customer service is quite responsible.
