Very old room and customer services not best used the iron in the room and made dirty on the clothe

Convenient location. Very delicious meals provided in the restaurant.

Close to airport train station, but far from city center

A five-star hotel but does not deserve any star, it does not deserve to be called a hotel and even the name of an apartment is too much for it, the bed is shabby and worn out, the bathroom and the room are not clean and not on my request, the space is smaller than what I paid for.

Very good, attitude is great. Room is clean, service great.

Room is spacious. Elevator is very small n always full. Service standard is average. Location is good n many restaurants nearby. Good neighbourhood.

The hotel is not new but unfortunately is not also clean. The doors and the toilet table, drawers ,bathtub and bed are old and a little dirty, the windows are very dirty . But the reception services are very nice people. Breakfast is good but again the table's covers are not clean, I think just the cleanliness is not good.

This is my second time staying here. I am satisfied with the whole experience.

Convenient transportation, close to the airport railway station, only 40 minutes to Istanbul IST Airport. Although the room is not big, it is warm enough and the breakfast is rich.

The hotel is good. Breakfasts and service are excellent. Far from the main attractions, but transport is nearby.

The central air conditioners in the huge hotel do not work, I am so sorry that the technical service came and dealt with that air conditioner for all the rooms many times. It is a shame, it is really a shame. We froze until the morning. If you know how to get 5000 TL for a one night stay, you will fix the fault of those air conditioners immediately... You will not torture your employees, all the employees are like robots, what kind of pressure are they under, what kind of management is there in the hotel, the employees are unhappy, it is obvious that they are all artificial, they are not warm at all, I think the reason for this is completely the management. Thank you very much to the employees working in the lobby. For the coffee and water treats. But I am sure that there is a problem with the management, make sure that your employees work happily and peacefully. Pressure management will not provide you with profit.

The rooms are soundproof but it was stated that work was being done to fix this issue. Other than that, it is a very pleasant hotel. Thank you.
